Superior Graphite 5005535 is a purified synthetic graphite manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes raw materials to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite 5005535 is a super fine grade within this product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are wear reduction and increase in thermal and electrical conductivity for high demanding applications.

CRAYVALLAC® PC is a micronised hydrogenated castor oil derivative surface enhancing additive for powder coatings based on PRIMID, hybrid and TGIC technologies. CRAYVALLAC® PC is easily incorporated using conventional pre-mixing techniques prior to extrusion. The use of CRAYVALLAC® PC leads to a substantial improvement in the appearance of the final cured powder coating. This improvement is due to CRAYVALLAC® PC enhancing the flow, levelling and degassing processes during cure. This is the result of CRAYVALLAC® PC greatly reducing the melt viscosity during this critical levelling stage in the cure cycle. This viscosity reduction also enhances the performance of other additives such as acrylic levelling agents and the degassing agent benzoin. CRAYVALLAC® PC works well in both clear and pigmented powder coating systems based on PRIMID, Hybrid and TGIC technologies.

D.E.R.® 669E Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 669E Resin is a high molecular weight, solid epoxy resin designed for use primarily in one pack stoving enamels in combination with heat reactive cross linking agents such as amino and phenol-formaldehyde resins. D.E.R.® 669E Solid Epoxy Resin may also be used on a limited basis as a binder in ambient curing systems in combination with isocyanate cross-linkers or as flow modifier in epoxy powder coatings. Finishes made from D.E.R.® 669E Resin are suitable for metal decoration, interior and exterior can coatings, tube and drumlinings, coil primers and many other industrial applications.

Wayncor™ 224 is a white non-refractive, corrosion inhibitive pigment used in protective coatings systems. It is compatible with a wide assortment of commercially available resin systems. It can provide an economic alternative to standard grade zinc phosphate. Performance can vary depending upon choice of resin system, but in general the use level would be between 3 - 10% total formula weight.

REAFREE® 5707 is a saturated carboxylated polyester for combination with Triglycidylisocyanurate or with ß-Hydroxyalkylamide type hardeners. Suitable for the formulation of outdoor superdurable and protective thermosetting powders. TMA free type.

REAFREE® 6660 is a binder and resin used in varnish applications.

REAFREE® 4781 is a TGIC cure resin, 93/7 type, for outdoor durable thermosetting powder coatings. TMA free.
