VANCRYL® 610 ethylene vinyl chloride emulsions are a series of anionic polymer resins designed for use as extenders for waterborne inks and as clear overprint varnishes because of their unusual combination of tailored flexibility, alkali and abrasion resistance, and vapor barrier properties. VANCRYL® 610 is terpolymers of vinyl chloride, ethylene, and a third monomer which imparts amide functionality. VANCRYL® EVCI emulsions offer the ink formulator the following properties in water-based flexographic and gravure ink formulations.

TEGO® Foamex 8050 is a defoamer used in 2K coatings, radiation curable coatings, solventborne coatings, and waterborne coatings. It is also used in 2K inks, flexography inks, gravure inks, radiation curable inks, solventborne inks, and waterborne inks.

Bioban® BP-30 Preservative contains the active ingredient 2-bromo-2-nitro-1,3-propanediol (bronopol) and are used for controlling bacterial growth in industrial process systems such as industrial process waters, recirculating water, cooling towers and evaporative condensers, oil production and transport, and pulp and paper production. In addition, BIOBANTM BP liquid preservatives are effective for the preservation of adhesives, starch, pigment and extender slurries, printing inks, fountain solutions, paints, latex and antifoam emulsion systems. BIOBANTM BP liquid preservatives are EPA-registered and possess numerous global application approvals. They are available in 10% (BIOBANTM BP-10) and 30% (BIOBANTM BP-30) active solutions in water and propylene glycol.

CARBOWET® 106 is a non-ionic wetting additive that provides additional dispersing properties. Wets all kinds of pigments. Was designed as alternative to APEs with a HLB-value around 11.

SURFYNOL® 104 BG 52 is a multifunctional surfactant providing combined dynamic wetting and molecular defoaming in waterborne coatings and inks.
