Plastics
- Ceridust® 1041 TP Vita is an excellent dispersing agent for active substances such as pigments, fillers or additives in masterbatch applications and engineering plastics like PA, PC, polyesters and biopolymers.
- The micronized dispersing agent optimally coats the pigment particles due its early melting behavior and neutralizes the binding forces of pigment particles.
- Further Ceridust 1041 TP Vita prevents pigments from re-agglomeration, eases pigment dispersion and stabilzes the dispersion.
- The dispersion agent already improves the color strength of plastics parts.
Coating & Inks
- Ceridust® 1041 TP Vita is easily dispersible in water and solvent-based coatings and inks and shows excellent matting, as well as slip and scratch resistance properties.
- Used in wood coatings, this sustainable wax creates a smooth and pleasant soft touch surface.
- It can furthermore be used for excellent slip properties and good surface protection in various printing inks.
