EBECRYL® 168 is an acidic methacrylate adhesion promoter designed as an additive for ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings on metal.

Exolit® AP 750 is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on ammonium polyphosphate as main component, which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus/nitrogen synergism. In contrast to similar competitive material, it shows high processing stability. Exolit® AP 750 differs in its mode of action from non phosphorus-based flame retardants (e. g. brominated, chlorinated or mineral FRs like ATH) by achieving its effect through intumescence. Material containing Exolit® AP 750 will foam on exposure to flame. The carbon-rich foam layer so formed will protect the polymer and in many cases the substrate below through its heat insulating effect, reduces further oxygen access and prevents dripping in case of a thermoplastic based formulation. Beyond the primary effects on fire behavior such as reduction of flame propagation rate, rate of heat release, dripping behavior, residual lengths of test specimens after flame tests etc., positive secondary fire effects such as low smoke density, no release of corrosive off-gasses, lower formation of toxic smoke gasses are of great interest.

Dynasylan® SIVO 202 is a new multifunctional aminosilane adhesion promoter that can be used for a wide variety of applications.

WANNATE® HT-300 is a solvent free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid.

CYMEL® 5010 Resin is a partially n-butylated benzoguanamine resin supplied in a mixture of n-butanol and xylene and designed for solvent-based coatings. Like other benzoguanamine resins, CYMEL® 5010 Resin imparts excellent adhesion and chemical resistance to the coating, but without the need for an external catalyst in the formulation. Because of the limited light resistance properties of benzoguanamine, CYMEL® 5010 Resin is not suitable for exterior applications.

D.E.H.® 538 is a curing agent and hardener used with epoxies (EP) in CASE ingredients.

Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2909 functions as a surface modifier, coupling agent, and crosslinking agent in industrial additives.

EBECRYL® P115 is a copolymerizable amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL® P115 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Recommended levels are from 5 to 15% based on the total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer. EBECRYL® P115 can be used with EBECRYL® P39 (1) (a polymeric benzophenone derivative) to produce UV cured coatings and inks with low residual odor.

D.E.H.® 85 is a unmodified, phenolic hardener.

D.E.H.® 82 is a Phenolic hardener containing 3.5% curing accelerator and 2.5% flow modifier.

DERCOLYTE® M 105 is produced from the copolymerisation of alpha and beta pinene. It is a bio based resin especially recommended for the formulation of high quality gum bases.

AEROXIDE® Alu C Coatings is a fine-particle fumed aluminium oxide with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomarate structure. The positive surface charge makes it ideal to control the electrostatic charge in powder coatings.

D.E.H.® 530 E32 Epoxy Curing Agent is a cycloaliphatic amine used as curing agent for epoxy resins with low color, specially designed for ambient and low temperature cure applications.
