EBECRYL® 3730-TP20 is the modified diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A based epoxy resin diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). It is designed primarily for use in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations. EBECRYL® 3730-TP20 is light in color with high UV/EB reactivity, and exhibits good wetting of pigments, matting agents and substrates compared to unmodified epoxy acrylates. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 3730-TP20 will typically demonstrate high gloss and hardness, and good chemical resistance.

PTMEG-650 is used in industrial and assembly adhesives and is compatible with polyamide, polyesters, and polyurethane substrates.

EBECRYL® 416 is a chlorinated polyester resin, free from intentionally added Bisphenol A, diluted with trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) monomer . Films of EBECRYL® 416 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) display good adhesion to metals, plastics and paper.

CYMEL® U-65 Resin is a high solids, methylated urea resin designed for use in both water and organo-soluble systems as a crosslinking agent for a variety of polymers that contain hydroxyl functionality.

The exceptional properties of these coatings have led to increased use in such heavy duty maintenance applications as chemical plant storage tanks and offshore rigs and platforms.

EBECRYL® 109 is an acrylate - methacrylate monomer blend, containing 50% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 50% hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA). It polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. EBECRYL® 109 is particularly useful in coatings where a good thermal and/or chemical resistance are important.

CARPOL® PGP-4025-60 is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 4000. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart Carpol® PGP-4000. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-4025 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® EDAP-770 is an ethylenediamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 770. This tetrol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide and is autocatalytic due to its amine content. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, CARPOL® EDAP-770 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.

CARPOL® PGP-3815 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-3815 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 3800 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide.

CARPOL® GP-5171-60 Polyol is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 5000 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 71% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include flexible foam, however, CARPOL® GP-5171-60 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CARPOL® PGP-2012-60 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2012-60 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 12% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® PGP-2000.

Polycin® 12 is a 100% solids castor oil based reactive diluent having good compatibility and wetting. This polyol is a tetrahydroxy ester, with primary and secondary hydroxyl groups, making it an attractive material for chemical reactions.

WANNATE® HT-790B is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in 10% n-butyl acetate, colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid.

D.E.R.® 917 Epoxy Resin is a modified, liquid bisphenol A based epoxy resin emulsified in water.
