EBECRYL LEO® 10103
Principal:
allnex Radcure
Chemical Family:
Polyether Acrylates
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Inkjet Ink, Lithographic Ink, Offset Ink, Printing Ink, Screen Printing Ink
Features:
Excellent Adhesion, Excellent Flexibility, Excellent Stability, Good Cure Response, Good Pigment Wetting, High Gloss, High Reactivity, Low Migration, Low Odor, Low Viscosity, Radiation Curable, Self-Curing, Solvent Resistance
EBECRYL LEO® 10103 is a multifunctional acrylate that in the presence of an amine synergist can enable the UV curing of printing inks and coatings without, or with only a minimal amount, of photoinitiator. The elimination or reduction of photoinitiator decreases the potential for migration in indirect food contact applications. EBECRYL LEO® 10103can be used for low migration over print varnishes along with flexographic and offset inks in the entire color range, including white. EBECRYL LEO® 10103 at 10-20% by weight in a coating or ink can provide a good balance of surface and through cure.

EBECRYL® LEO 10101
Principal:
allnex Radcure
End Uses:
Flexography Ink, Inkjet Ink, Screen Printing Ink, Varnishes
Features:
Excellent Adhesion, Excellent Flexibility, Excellent Flow, Good Cure Response, Good Pigment Wetting, High Reactivity, Low Extractability, Low Migration, Low Odor, Low Viscosity, Self-Curing, Solvent Resistance
EBECRYL® LEO 10101 is a self-curing multifunctional acrylate enabling the UV curing of printing inks and coatings, not requiring additional photoinitiator, which reduces the risk of migration in indirect food contact applications. EBECRYL® LEO 10101 is specifically developed for making high reactive flexo inks with good flow and low migration. EBECRYL® LEO 10101 can be used for different colors also for white. It is recommended to use 20-30% EBECRYL® LEO 10101 in an ink or coating to reach a correct surface and through cure.
