BONDERITE® S-FN SB-2 solvent is a special blend of solvents designed to offer optimum handling properties with a wide number of Henkel Corporation thermosetting coatings including BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON, BONDERITE® S-FN GP 1904 ACHESON, and others.

APODIL 1000 is mono glycidyl ether of C12-C14 fatty alcohol. The product is used as reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resin.

Polycin® 1679-M3 is a 100% solids, castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a primary polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane sealants and adhesives systems. Polycin® 1679-M3 imparts medium hardness and provides VOC reduction while offering the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved flow and levelling.

APODIL 1023 is a dimer acid based diglycidyl ester. The product is used as reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins, which imparts flexibility, impact resistance and toughness.

D.E.R.® 727 Epoxy Diluent is a p-tert.-butyl-phenyl glycidyl ether based reactive diluent.

TPGDA is a difunctional reactive diluent with a branched alkyl polyether backbone. Polymerization occurs when TPGDA is exposed to sources of free radicals. It is widely used as a primary diluent in the formulation of ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and inks.

AP 8016L is a unique light color epoxy reactive diluents for epoxy- amine systems derived from Card phenol. With mono epoxy group per mole, it reduces excessive cross linking of the system and with side chain, imparts flexibility to paint films.

Caspol™ 5006 is a 100% solids castor oil based reactive diluent with a blend of primary and secondary hydroxyls to yield a balanced reactivity. This polyol has a functionality of 3.5 and its structure leads to high hardness and strength, with good elongation and flexibility. Caspol™ 5006 is a castor oil polyol which will impart improved coating properties such as good weatherability, flow and application properties.

EBECRYL® 118 is an aromatic monofunctional acrylate that can be used as a reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curing formulations. EBECRYL® 118 is a good diluent for a variety of acrylated oligomers. In formulations, it can lower Tg and increase flexibility of the UV/EB cured polymer while maintaining strength and toughness and improving substrate adhesion.

Caspol™ 5003 is a 100% solids castor oil based reactive diluent with a linear chain backbone having a low viscosity, good compatibility and wetting. Caspol™ 5003, a linear chain diol, is composed of a blend of primary and secondary hydroxyls which makes this polyol more reactive yielding slightly harder and less flexible components than either Caspol™ 5001 or DBTM Oil.

APODIL 1005 is a mono glycidyl ester of branched carboxylic acid. The product is used as reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins.

Caspol™ 5001 is a 100% solids castor oil based reactive diluent with a linear chain backbone having low viscosity, good compatibility and wetting. This polyol is the lowest molecular weight diol of the Caspol series. Caspol™ 5001 has a very low viscosity and produces higher strength, elongation and flexibility than DBTM Oil.

Acrylated Dipentaerythritol (DPHA) is a multifunctional reactive diluent that polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. DPHA is particularly useful in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and inks where improved cure response, hardness, and scratch/abrasion resistance are desired. DPHA is composed predominately of the penta- and hexa-acrylate esters of dipentaerythritol, with the overall composition represented by the included chemical structure.

EBECRYL® 180 is a multifunctional reactive diluent with a high degree of acrylic unsaturation and finds use in a variety of ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and ink systems where a high degree of crosslinking is desired. EBECRYL® 180 is a mixture of predominantly the tri- and tetra-acrylate esters of pentaerythritol. EBECRYL® 180 has a higher ratio of tetra- to tri-acrylate ester than the similar product PETIA, and therefore typically crystallizes at normal ambient temperatures.

APODIL 1018 is a low viscosity, aliphatic diepoxide reactive diluent based on Neopentyl glycol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion.
