Silcolapse® 5020 is a non-ionic aqueous emulsion containing dimethylpolysiloxane, and is highly effective for prevention, control and elimination of foam in aqueous media. Superior Graphite 5005535 is a purified synthetic graphite manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes raw materials to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite 5005535 is a super fine grade within this product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are wear reduction and increase in thermal and electrical conductivity for high demanding applications.

Superior Graphite 7005926 is a typical synthetic graphite product made from narrow-sized virgin electrodes using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are stabilization of coefficient of friction, wear reduction, and increase in thermal conductivity.

Pale 4 polymerized castor oil oxidative polymerization of castor oil yields products with increased viscosities and decreasing solubility in aliphatic solvents. Pale 4 polymerized castor oil is used to plasticize a variety of resins in adhesive and sealant systems, inks and hot melts. It is a processing aid and plasticizer for rubber polymers.

PC-1844™ Defoamer is a 40 % solution of an acrylic polymer in a petroleum solvent. It provides improved high temperature performance, and improved efficiency. PC-1844™ Defoamer is recommended for high performance usage where PC-1244, PC-1644, or silicone defoamers do not give adequate performance. These usages include gear oils, specialty lubricants, shock absorber, hydraulic, turbine and transmission oils. Typical use levels of the defoamer solutions range from 50 - 500 ppm (20 - 200 ppm active polymer). The optimum level is dependent upon the nature of the oil, and it is therefore necessary to run a concentration profile on each oil. PC-1844™ Defoamer defoamer is most typically employed at 200 - 250 ppm of solution (80 - 100 ppm active polymer). PC-1844 is without addition of silicon.

PC-3144® Defoamer is a 40 % solution of a modified acrylic polymer in a hydrocarbon solvent. It was developed to improve the defoamer stability performance for formulated synthetic and mineral based lubricants. It is especially recommended for PAO and PIB based synthetic lubricants, as well as the formulations containing these components, where conventional polyacrylate based defoamers do not work or do not work well.

PC-1244™ Defoamer is a solution of organic polymer in a petroleum solvent. It enhances air release properties and prevents foam formation in acidic or neutral organic fluids at temperatures up to 400 °F. It also performs in some alkaline systems. It has demonstrated an ability to retain its defoaming capacity over extended periods of time. It works without materially affecting the surface tension of the media. PC-1244™ Defoamercontains no silicone. PC-1244™ Defoamer applications include usage in gear oils, specialty lubricants, and hydraulic, turbine and transmission oils. Typical use levels range from 20 ppm to 2000 ppm (0.2 %) on active solids.

Emulsion A is an important component of emulsion type automotive and furniture polishes and cleaners that impart a durable, high lustre protective film. Water-based polishes are prepared by emulsifying the oil with alkalis and amines or non-ionic emulsifiers.

Focus RP 35 is a complex multifunctional ester containing high boron. It has excellent lubricating properties and also functions as a co-emulsifier and lubricity additive in both aqueous and oil-based systems. Due to the nature of molecule and high boron content, it can be used to formulate added bio-stability in soluble oils and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids.

Focus Nilfoam 180 is an economical general purpose defoamer. It is completely silicone-free. Although Focus Nilfoam 180 is a mineral oil based product, it is dispersible in water.

BONDERITE® L-AD GP 671 (Known as MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE POWDERS) is a gray-black boundary lubricant powder that is thermally stable at temperatures to 2000°F (1093°C) in vacuum and 750°F (399°C) in air.

Additin® M 49.005 is a paraffin wax-based corrosion inhibitor, film former, lubricity additive, and wetting agent used in metalworking fluids, including cutting oils, drawing oils, machining oils, rolling oils, rust preventive oils, and stamping oils. It is bio-stable with low odor.
