ROYALE BLACK® PF EXP is a specialty black for fiber application. It provides significant advantages to fine denier polyester fibre spinner and masterbatch producers. Its ultra-physical cleanliness increases melt fibre life by reducing plugging resulting in low production cost of fibre manufacturing. Morphological properties of PF EXP are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of blue tone, dispersibilty, dilutability and; color strength with extremely low filterability. With PF EXP, high spin pack life can be achieved by polyester fibre producers. It provides very low consistent fine screen Delta P in PET, PBT and; PP base polymers.

ROYALE BLACK® PP802 also meets Commission Directive EC/10/2011 which deals with plastic materials and articles intended to come in contact with foodstuffs. ROYALE BLACK® PP802 is also a "P" type black for pressure pipe application having extremely low filter pressure value and good dispersion. Since ROYALE BLACK® PP802 is used in pipes meant for conveying potable water and gas, it has good organoleptic properties and meets purity standards for "P" type blacks such as low sieve residue, low ash and low sulphur.
