Vorite® 105 has been polymerized by a unique process, which imparts excellent thermal and viscosity stability. They function as polymeric plasticizers for elastomers in adhesive and sealant applications.

EBECRYL® 571 is a diluted polyester resin for narrow web shrink sleeve applications. It exhibits excellent adhesion, high flexibility, and superb shrink performance. For optimum performance EBECRYL 571 should be the dominant resin in the heat shrink ink formulation. EBECRYL 571 contains dipropyleneglycol diacrylate (DPGDA)(1) monomer.

ALPASTE® 7130N has a very narrow particle size distribution. The extra fine particles, which can cause a loss of color saturation, have been removed. Because of this process, it produces attractively bright and clear finishes.

EBECRYL® 246 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 246.) Films of EBECRYL 246 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness and flexibility, and are resistant to yellowing.

Alpate 1165 is aluminium paste with mineral spirit and naphtha solvents.

EBECRYL® 81 is an amine modified polyether acrylate that exhibits very low viscosity and fast cure via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV). Films of EBECRYL 81 cured by UV or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss and low residual odor. EBECRYL® 81 is especially suited to applications requiring low viscosity and fast UV cure, including overprint varnishes and flexographic inks.

HECTGEL RD is a synthetic layered silicate consisting of Li, Mg and Si. Its structure is constituted by two layers of Si-O tetrahedron with one layer of Mg-O octahedron. It can hydrate with water and swell to form clear and colorless colloidal dispersions. Highly thixotropic gels can be formed at concentrations of 2% or more and these gels demonstrate highly shear thinning behavior. HECTGEL RD is used where a shear sensitive waterborne gel structure is desired, having high viscosity under low shear and low viscosity when exposed to high shear. Upon removal of shear the gel viscosity is quickly recovered.

CYREZ® 963 is a crosslinking agent from the chemical mixtures and blends family, used in plastics and elastomers.

Baerostab® CT 9169 XRF is a calcium-zinc-based stabilizer designed for use in plastisol applications. It offers cost-effective stabilization while providing excellent heat stability. This stabilizer is ideal for use in plastics and elastomers, particularly in applications that require good heat resistance. Its primary function is to act as a stabilizer, ensuring improved performance and durability of plastisol products.

Castorwax® DS-270 is a wax-like compound obtained by the controlled hydrogenation of pure castor oil, which occurs in the seed of the castor plant, Ricinus communis. Castorwax® DS-270 is highly compatible with a variety of plastics and resin systems and has limited solubility in organic solvents, which will reduce additive an integral part of the cured film. the possibility of its being washed or leached out of the final product Castorwax® DS-270 also has an available reactive hydroxyl group which, if desired, can be utilized to react into the cured film making the additive an integral part of the cured film.

EBECRYL® 367 is a polyester acrylate, developed to improve the adhesion of inks and varnishes onto plastics.

BAYSCRIPT® Yellow GGN liq. is a single-ingredient direct dye, identified as Direct Yellow 132. It belongs to the azo compounds chemical family and is used in ink and toner applications, including felt tip writing pen inks, inkjet ink, thermal ink, and waterborne ink. Key features include high color purity and light fastness. The primary function of this product is as a dye.

AP 1041X90 is a medium viscosity reactive, Mannich-based amine hardener for epoxy resins based lacquers and coatings.

Castung™ 403 Z-3 is a bodied dehydrated castor oil (DCO) that can be used with pure and modified phenolic resins to impart alkali resistance for can linings, corrosion resistant coatings, traffic paints, ink vehicles and marine finishes. The high viscosity Castung™ 403 Z-3 will yield faster processing and drying times than Castung™103 G-H. Castung™ 403 Z-3 is excellent for formulating alkyd and copolymer resins, where dehydrated castor oil is well known for its non- yellowing and outstanding color retention characteristics.
