ALFONIC 1216CO-7 Ethoxylate is a biodegradable nonionic based on a linear primary alcohol formulated to simulate that derived from coconut oil. ALFONIC 1216CO-7 Ethoxylate is liquid at room temperature, essentially 100% active, and has the following structural formula: CH₃(CH₂)ₓ(OCH₂CH₂)₃OH, where ‘x’ varies between 11 and 15. The narrow-range version of this ethoxylate made using Sasol Chemicals patented NOVEL catalyst technology is also available.

Lobase® C-4502 is a 20 TBN oil soluble neutral calcium sulfonate. It is a general purpose neutral calcium sulfonate typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. It is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

SURFONIC® L24-7 MB is a polyoxyethylene (7) lauryl alcohol ether.

ZINC OXIDE GRADE 104 is a brilliant white powder manufactured by the French (Indirect) Process. Grade 104 is our popular medium particle size zinc oxide offering high assay and very low impurities. Grade 104 is approved for pharmaceutical drug use as an excipient, is USFDA approved as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) at 21cfr182.8991 and is authorized by the USFDA for use wherever GRAS is approved including food contact in rubber, plastics, and coatings. Grade 104 also meets the requirements of ASTM specification D79, 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) for heavy metals and Waste Electrical and Electronic Directive (WEEE), and other regulations where high quality zinc oxide is required.This product is also available in pelleted form (grade 104P), and with around up to 0.1% processing aid/surface treatment (grade 104T) for some rubber mixers.

EBECRYL® P115 is a copolymerizable amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL® P115 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Recommended levels are from 5 to 15% based on the total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer. EBECRYL® P115 can be used with EBECRYL® P39 (1) (a polymeric benzophenone derivative) to produce UV cured coatings and inks with low residual odor.

Flexricin® P-4 is a clear, low viscosity, low temperature plasticizer for many resin systems in the production of low durometer stock. It functions as a general purpose plasticizer and processing aid, and imparts exceptional cold crack resistance to flexible nitrocellulose lacquers.

Preventol® O Extra Preservative is a biocide used in building and construction, chemical manufacturing, fluids and lubricants, and industrial and assembly adhesives. It is applied in chemical synthesis.

EBECRYL® PEG200DMA (polyethylene glycol di-methacrylate), CAS N° 25852-47-5, is a difunctional monomer which polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. EBECRYL® PEG200DMA forms homopolymers and copolymers. EBECRYL® PEG200DMA is compatible with a wide range of acrylated and methacrylated resins.

EBECRYL® 888 is a low viscosity polyester acrylate designed for use in energy-cure primer coatings to provide ink receptivity and prevent plasticizer migration. Films containing EBECRYL® 888 which are cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good adhesion, good abrasion resistance and high flexibility. EBECRYL® 888 is recommended for use in flexographic or gravure primer coatings printed on polyester, plasticized PVC and uncoated films.
