BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is designed to provide controlled electrical resistance properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is a dispersion of finely divided graphite pigment in an epoxy resin solution. When properly cured, it has excellent adhesion to epoxy circuit boards, bushings, plastics and ceramics. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON also has excellent wearing properties. It provides chemical resistance to oils and many solvents, but not to enamel strippers. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON as a lubricant coating provides clean, dry, long-wearing, and superior maintenance-free lubrication for a wide range of light to medium load applications. A thin film of BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON keeps wear uniform and reduces friction on mating metal parts without requiring increased manufacturing tolerances. Components are protected from metal-to-metal contact even in applications approaching boundary lubrication, reducing the risk of damage due to partial or complete seizure. Formulated from processed micro-graphite and epoxy resin, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON forms tightly adherent coatings on many types of substrates. In addition to high lubricity, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON coatings exhibit extremely good wear resistance to oils and solvents (except enamel strippers).

BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) is a blend of ultra-fine graphite particles dispersed in a water-extendible solution. Specifically designed for continuous casting, BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) provides excellent release, superior tooling protection and high temperature wetting characteristics on copper/bronze dam blocks. Its unique formulation minimizes gassing which compounds porosity levels. BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) does not build up and is easily washed from the dam block surface.

Focus Base 10 is a soluble oil emulsifier package designed to emulsify naphthenic oils with aniline points between 160°F and 180°F. Higher treat levels with Focus Base 10 provide greater emulsification and rust protection under more demanding conditions. Focus Base 10 provides good emulsion stability in both soft and hard waters. This product is compatible with extreme pressure additives such as chlorinated paraffins, sulfurized products and esters used to formulate heavy duty soluble oils. Focus Base 10 does not contain chlorine, free sulfur, nitrites, phenols or heavy metals.

Synthomer M30 is a low molecular weight, solid polyvinyl acetate. It is designed for use in solvent-based coatings, inks, and adhesives or melt extrusion systems. Synthomer M30 can also be used as a low-profile additive in unsaturated polyester composites, typically pultrusion and bulk molding compound processes.

Superior Graphite 7002922 is a purified flake product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes the flake graphite to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite 7002922 is the medium-coarse size grade of the 'Thermally Purified Flake' product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are increase in thermal and electrical conductivity, coefficient of friction reduction, and low gas diffusion property enhancement in high demanding applications.

PTMEG-1400 is used in industrial and assembly adhesives and is compatible with polyamide, polyesters, and polyurethane substrates.

OREVAC® 18750 is a maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene.

CEAMBLOOM WD 3158 is a stabiliser system based on carrageenan and other hydrocolloids, standardized to obtain an uniform performance. Carrageenan is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweed of the Rhodophyceae class.

Baerostab® MTS 1200-US is a high-performance heat stabilizer, ideal for use in plastics and elastomers. ACRYSOL™ DR-73 Rheology Modifier is a synthetic liquid thickener that provides a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to cellulosic thickeners in interior flat latex paints. ACRYSOL™ DR-73 offers application and feel properties similar to medium-grade cellulosic thickeners and hydrophobically modified HEC thickeners, while increasing high shear viscosity for enhanced film build, brush drag, and hiding power. It also delivers outstanding spatter resistance. ACRYSOL™ DR-73 is easy to handle and incorporate into paint formulations, and it is designed to resist microbial contamination.

POLYGLYKOL B 01/150 is a dispersant and solvent used in chemical manufacturing, equipment and parts, fluids and lubricants, leather manufacturing, metal manufacturing and finishing, paints and coatings, printing and inks, and textile manufacturing. It is applied in metal processing and used in greases and metalworking fluids as a base stock and oil, lubricating agent, and solvent. Additionally, it functions as a lubricant and solvent in industrial additives.

Energia® 871 is a high conductive clean carbon additive which is designed to deliver excellent electrical conductivity in lithium-ion cells. Due to its unique morphological properties, Energia 871 requires less solvent during the electrode preparation. Energia 871 conductive carbon additive helps in improving specific capacity and power. MACROLEX® Yellow 6G/OF is a dye used in plastics and elastomers for household goods and toys. It is suitable for both opaque and transparent dyeing.

Bayferrox® 520 is an inorganic iron oxide pigment, specifically iron(III) oxide, commonly known as Pigment Red 101. It is widely used in various industrial applications, including paper production, where it provides stable colorant properties. Bayferrox® 520 is a single ingredient pigment with high durability and excellent pigmentation for industrial and plastics applications. It is also used in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers) applications.
