CEAMBLOOM WD 3158 is specially developed for the producton of water desserts.
Preparation: Pour the powder (previously blended with other dry ingredients) over the water or milk, while it is quickly strred. Keep strring untl dispersion. Heat up untl complete dissoluton (70 – 80°C). Do not pour the liquid over the powder.
