EBECRYL® 180 is a multifunctional reactive diluent with a high degree of acrylic unsaturation and finds use in a variety of ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and ink systems where a high degree of crosslinking is desired. EBECRYL® 180 is a mixture of predominantly the tri- and tetra-acrylate esters of pentaerythritol. EBECRYL® 180 has a higher ratio of tetra- to tri-acrylate ester than the similar product PETIA, and therefore typically crystallizes at normal ambient temperatures.

Exolit® OP 1311 is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on organic phosphinates. The product achieves its flame retardant effect through intumescence. The thermoplastic polymer with Exolit® OP 1311 foams and crosslinks on exposure to flame and forms a stable char at the surface acting as a barrier. The protective layer provides a heat- insulating effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents dripping of molten polymer. Exolit® OP 1311 is a white powder.

AEROSIL® 300 VS is a single-ingredient, hydrophilic fumed silica (SiO₂) that serves as an anti-blocking agent, anti-caking agent, carrier, dispersant, flow promoter, and reinforcement agent. It is odor-free. This product is compatible with silicone elastomers and is commonly used in varnishes, printing inks, and cosmetic formulations. It enhances performance by improving flow, preventing caking, and reinforcing the structure of various applications.

Thetawet™ FS-8020DB is an anionic surfactant, leveling agent, and wetting agent used in floor coatings, lacquers, sealers, and top coats. It is also used in fibers and polishes as an industrial additive.

RHOPLEX® RM-232D is an acrylic binder and resin used in architectural coatings, automotive OEM coatings, automotive and transportation, industrial applications, paints and coatings, and textile manufacturing. It functions as a binder.

ACEMATT® HK 520 is a single-ingredient silica gel, free of crystallinity. It functions as a matting agent.

D.E.R.® 664 HA functions as a binder and resin in CASE ingredients.

WANNATE® HT-500 is a solvent free, low viscosity aliphatic polyisoyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid.

Focus Nilfoam 270 is a highly efficient organo-silicone defoamer. This product can be used both in the concentrate or tankside when diluted in water.

Synesstic™ 5 represent a unique class of API Group V category fluids. Synesstic™ 5 offers improved hydrolytic, thermal and oxidative stability versus other Group V fluids. Synesstic™ 5 is particularly suited for use as a blendstocks in synthetic lubricant applications that require high stability under extreme operating conditions.

EBECRYL® 246 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 246.) Films of EBECRYL 246 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness and flexibility, and are resistant to yellowing.

D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin is a medium/high molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight solid epoxy resin designed primarily for use in powder coating formulations which require greater flexibility. D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin can be used in combination with most curing agents for epoxy powder coatings systems with good results. To achieve maximum flexibility, curing with a linear phenolic hardener such as the D.E.H.® 80 Hardeners is recommended. D.E.R.® 6155 Solid Epoxy Resin can also be used in combination with other epoxy resins to obtaining specific processing or performance properties.
