Calcinate® C-300CS is a 300 TBN oil soluble crystalline overbased calcium sulfonate. It is recommended for use in soluble oils, rust protective oils and semi-synthetic fluids as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates without the sediment formation. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of crystalline calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C300CS is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

PURMOLâ„¢ 3ST is a potassium (K) type A zeolite with a pore size of approximately 3 Angstroms (0.32 nm). Purmol 3ST is recommended for use with high quality coatings. In general, we recommend the addition of 2.5% - 5% Purmol powder to the polyol component. This must be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of two hours to allow the Purmol to adsorb all the water before addition of the isocyanate.
