General Catalyst GC-008 is a kind of indoor and outdoor general type catalyst, it is self-crosslinking, can improve the adhesion of the film, does not affect the flow and gloss, has the effect of anti-yellowing property. It can completely improve the mechanical properties of the film when cures at 160 degrees to 200 degrees. It can be used as a curing accelerator for epoxy powder coating, epoxy/polyester powder coating and pure polyester /TGIC powder coating to improve curing effect, or as an internal catalyst containing carboxyl polyester resins to reduce curing temperature or shorten curing time. In indoor and outdoor system, curing condition can achieve 160 degrees /15-20 minutes, 170 degrees /10-15 minutes, 200 degrees /3-5 minutes , flow and mechanical properties are good.GC-008 could completely replace imidazoles, diphenylimidazoline and other catalysts which are easy to get yellowing and affect the leveling and storage stability, General Catalyst GC-008 is the upgrading product of them.

D.E.H.® 24 Epoxy Curing Agent is an economical liquid aliphatic polyamine hardener, triethylenetetraamine (TETA), that offers a short pot-life and cures in minutes with standard unmodified liquid epoxy resins. Similar to D.E.H.® 20 Epoxy Curing Agent, it provides lower vapor hazard to workers due to its higher boiling point. D.E.H.® 24 Epoxy Curing Agent is used for maintenance paints, the manufacture of epoxy-amine adducts, in adhesives, and civil engineering applications. CARPOL® SPA-357 is a sucrose amine-initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 5.5 and a typical hydroxyl number of 350. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. In addition, CARPOL® SPA-357 contains amine and therefore is autocatalytic.
