RHOPLEX® TP-257 is a high-solids binder for waterborne acrylic traffic paints, which offers a good cost/performance balance. Quick-drying striping paints formulated with RHOPLEX® TP-2577 resist the rigorous environment encountered on highways and related surfaces such as airfields and parking lots.

AP 5620 is a low viscosity, modified cycloaliphatic polyamine-adduct hardener for epoxy resin based coatings. AP 5620 has a very low viscosity which imparts low mixed viscosity in epoxy system. AP 5620 offer faster hardness development in high build coatings.

AP 5180 is a chemical blend used as a curing agent in various resin systems. It is commonly employed in CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) applications to promote the curing process. The product consists of a mixture of chemical components, providing effective curing properties for different industrial applications.

CYCAT® 4045 CATALYST is an amine blocked para-toluene sulfonic acid catalyst. It is recommended for accelerating the cure response of amino crosslinking resins while providing improved formulation package stability compared with the un-blocked para-toluene sulfonic acid CYCAT® 4045 CATALYST It is especially recommended for use with highly alkylated amino crosslinking resins. It provides excellent stability in high solids and waterborne systems, and in the latter it can be added without causing binder precipitation, which can often occur due to a drop in pH.

Protectosil® WS 808 is an oligomeric propyl siliconate/silicate concentrate as water-repellent and consolidant for mineral substrates.

RHOPLEX® N-619 is an acrylic emulsion which may be used neat or as an adhesive formulating base. It features both aggressive tack and high peel strength with outstanding adhesion to polyolefin film and metals.

TERWET® 3780 is a proprietary polyoxyethylene alkylamine-based.

TERMIX® 5484 is a solution containing a blend of anionic surfactants. It is a clear amber, low viscosity liquid, free of suspended material.

Castorcin™ 500 is a 100% solids, castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol in polyurethane coating systems. Castorcin™ 500, when used as a reactive diluent, will deliver the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives such as improved flow and levelling.

ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier is an alkali-soluble, anionic associative thickener, designed to give medium-shear-rate viscosity in interior/exterior flat latex paints. ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier can be used as either a primary or co-thickener in water-based coatings. It offers excellent resistance to roller spattering with better film build and leveling than conventional thickeners. Paints formulated with ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier as a sole thickener exhibit improved flow and leveling compared with medium- to high-molecular-weight cellulosic thickeners. The rheology can be modified to further improve flow and leveling by addition of low levels of surfactant or glycol-ether-type co-solvents to reduce the low-shear viscosity. Addition of some pre-dispersed colorant may also have this effect. ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier is recommended for interior paints requiring improved flow and leveling and lower raw material cost compared to cellulosic thickeners. Where superior water resistance is required, we recommend ACRYSOL™ SCT-275 Rheology Modifier. ACRYSOL™ TT-935 can be used in exterior paints, but formulators should exercise caution to minimize potential blistering due to the anionic nature of this product. Delivered as a low-viscosity liquid, it is very easy to handle and incorporate into paint. It is resistant to microbiological degradation, thereby avoiding viscosity loss in paint, a common problem for manufacturers.

PARALOID™ B-44S 40% Resin is specified for PVDF coil coatings and can be blended with other PARALOIDTM resins to adjust the balance of properties required for a particular application, such as color/base coats for metal substrates. It is supplied as a 40% solution in toluene and is also available in a solid grade (PARALOIDTM B-44 Solid Grade Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin).
