Licowax® E powder is an ester of montanic acids with multifunctional alcohols. The montanic acids contained in raw montan wax are straightchain, unbranched monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C₂₈ -C₃₂ . As a result of the long chain these montanic acids have a high thermostability and a low volatility as well as a low tendency to migration. Licowax E powder is used as lubricant and dispersing agent in a wide variety of polymers like PVC, PS, PBT, PA, PDM, PC, TPU.

Additin® RC 2315 is an extreme pressure additive used in cutting oils, forming fluids, greases, and metalworking fluids. It is characterized by its extreme pressure performance, low pour point, and low viscosity.

CAPROL® ET is a mixed polyglycerol ester prepared from mixed vegetable fatty acids and a glycerol polymer containing an average of six glycerol units and is typically used as a cloud (crystallization) inhibitor in vegetable and salad oils.

Focus Ester PA 2500 is a synthetic polymerized ester designed to boost performance and enhance finish in severe metalworking applications. It is a high molecular weight ester designed to offer the highest lubricity available and it has a molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. Focus Ester PA 2500 is a branched chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 2500 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all other EP additives, like phosphorous, inactive sulfur, active sulfur, lard oil, blow oil and other fatty friction modifiers. The product’s high viscosity and viscosity index provides high film strength making it an ideal additive for metal forming applications.

Focus Ester PA 125 is oil-soluble but can be used to make high performance soluble oil and semi-synthetic machining coolants, as well as drawing and stamping fluids. Focus Ester PA 125 has molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. It is a branched-chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 125 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all boundary and EP additives, like phosphorous, sulfur, lard oil, blown oil and other fatty friction modifiers.

Additin® RC 8012 is a sulfurized fatty acid ester used as a lubricity additive, anti-wear agent, and friction modifier in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, and finishing fluids. It provides excellent lubricity, extreme pressure performance, friction reduction, and improved anti-wear properties. This product is also suitable for use in industrial additives, particularly in drilling muds.

Hydrophobic moieties have been incorporated into the polymeric ester to improve its solubility properties in higher refined paraffinic oils. Focus Ester PA 117 is a branched-chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 117 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all boundary and EP additives, like phosphorous, sulfur, lard oil, blown oil and other fatty friction modifiers.
