It requires little or no coalescing solvents to form a continuous film at low temperatures. ROVACE 10 is made with no APEO containing surfactants. ROVACEâ„¢ 9900 Emulsion Polymer represents the new generation of vinyl acrylic binders for architectural coatings. This unique binder sets a new standard of performance for architectural paints. ROVACE 9900 Emulsion Polymer does not require the use of coalescing solvents for film formation and application properties. This new, state of the art solvent-free PVA demonstrates comparable or even higher scrub resistance than the best of the high scrub PVAs at various PVC levels and volume solids.
