Polycin® 53 is a 100% solids, multifunctional castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane systems. It will impart flexibility and improved pigment wetting into many polyurethane systems. Polycin® 53, as a reactive diluent, will allow for VOC reduction while imparting the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved flow and leveling.

CRAYVALLAC® EXTRA is a high performance, micronised amide wax rheology modifier suitable for high-solids and solvent-free applications with very high robustness. It is especially recommended in 2K epoxy primers for its high temperature tolerance.CRAYVALLAC® EXTRA overcomes those difficulties which exist with hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers e.g. seeding and false-body and that were maximised when activation was performed at high temperatures.

HP7279-Medium Oil Alkyd is a chain-stopped medium oil alkyd resin that is based on a blend of semi drying and drying oils. It is dissolved in Aromatic 100 for use in applications that require higher flashpoints.

CYMEL® U-216-8 resin is a partially n-butylated urea crosslinking agent supplied in a mixture of n-butanol and xylene. It possesses a lower molecular weight than most other butylated ureas, which contributes to its low bulk viscosity and high degree of hydrocarbon tolerance. D.E.R.® 3913 epoxy resin is a chemically modified liquid epoxy resin containing a monofunctional aliphatic reactive diluent.

D.E.H.® 589 cycloaliphatic amine hardener is used as a curing agent for epoxy resins. It is used where an optimum balance between working time and cure speed is required. It results in a blush-free product and has good water spot resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It offers good low temperature cure and can also be used as an accelerator for other hardeners in coatings and civil engineering applications.

RHOPLEX® PR-409 is an aqueous, all-acrylic binder designed for premium performance in universal stain blocking primer, primerless paint and solid color stain applications. The excellent film forming characteristics of RHOPLEX® PR-409, combined with ambient crosslinking, provides coatings with superior performance. Coatings based on RHOPLEXTM PR-409 exhibit excellent adhesion to various new and repaint surfaces, stain blocking (household and tannin), exterior crack resistance, efflorescence resistance, tint retention and corrosion resistance.

RHOPLEX® HG-95P Emulsion Polymer was developed specifically for low VOC aqueous gloss enamels with excellent durability and resistance properties. It is recommended for interior/exterior applications in both high gloss and semigloss finishes. RHOPLEX® HG-95P Emulsion Polymer uses new ambient temperature crosslinking technology to offer improved performance versus conventional latex polymers. This new polymer technology was designed to provide VOC compliant enamels with excellent hardness development and durability for high traffic interior applications.

Consequently, coatings formulated using CRAYVALLAC® LV exhibit an enhanced performance such as controlled flow behavior, ease of application and excellent sag resistance. Its very high efficiency even when activated allows to reach very strong shear thinning that can result either in very high sag resistance or interresting balance between viscosity and sag resistance. Therefore CRAYVALLAC® LV is for instance highly recommended in the case of solvent free coatings with relatively low viscosity. It prevents the use of specific equipment for the application that are necessary with more viscous solvent-free coatings.

CYMEL® U-21-510 Resin is a partially n-butylated urea resin supplied in a mixture of n-butanol and xylene. It has excellent compatibility with epoxy resins. It is recommended in primer formulations which are to be topcoated and re-baked. Low viscosity and epoxy solution compatibility make this product an ideal modifier.

Polycin® D-290 is a 100% solids, castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin® D-290, with its very low viscosity, will allow for the formulation of higher system solids with improved VOC reduction. Polycin® D-290 will also impart the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved flow and levelling.

HP9078-Medium Oil Alkyd is a medium oil alkyd resin based on a combination of linseed oil and soybean oil. The solvent is VMandP naphtha. The main application for this resin is in the preparation of traffic alkyd paint but it can also be used in any application that requires fast set-up and good durability.

UCECOAT® 6560 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate solution in water, containing approx. 50% acrylated products. The UCECOAT® 6560 is organo-tin free and highly recommended as primer for wood applications. Films containing UCECOAT® 6560 and cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a nice optical aspect on different woods. Stability problems can occur if more water is added. Therefore, we recommend to use the EBECRYL® 11 produced by allnex.
