MARLOX® RT 42 is one of the many low foaming EO/PO non-ionic surfactants produced by Sasol Chemicals in Germany. These alcohol alkoxylates are based on Sasol’s wide range of linear and semi linear fatty alcohols. They are produced by alkoxylation of the fatty alcohols to varying degrees using ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. MARLOX RT 42 is a clear to slightly turbid liquid at room temperature and essentially 100% active.

Focus Polysurf Semi Base 25 produces an excellent general purpose semi-synthetic fluid when diluted with water by the formulator. Focus Polysurf Semi Base 25 has exceptional wetting properties and is formulated with corrosion inhibitor and lubricity additives. It is designed to be diluted at a ratio of 30/40% base to 70/60% low hardness water. Focus Polysurf Semi Base 25 does not contain biocides, but it is compatible with most standard biocides. Depending on the biocide, a slight adjustment with oleic acid may be required.

Focus Ester OE 1005 is specially designed to use in water-dilutable metalworking coolants. Focus Ester OE 1005 will provide lubrication and corrosion protection with outstanding wetting characteristics. Using Focus Ester OE 1005 will reduce or eliminate the amount of additives needed in metalworking coolants, like chlorine, fatty acids and amides. Focus Ester OE 1005 does not contain any phosphorus, chlorine or sulfur and is ashless.

Focus Disperse P-1000-70P are polyisobutylene succinic anhydride (PIBSA), produced from 950 molecular weight polyisobutylene. They are produced via the thermal process, have no residual chlorine and are soluble in both paraffinic and naphthenic oils.

Focus Base P 20 is an emulsifier base with polyisobutylene succinic anhydride (PIBSA) as the primary emulsifier in place of natural and synthetic sodium sulfonate. It is designed for use in both paraffinic and naphthenic base oils.

MARLOX® FK 64 is a fatty alcohol polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol ether

They are produced by alkoxylation of the fatty alcohols to varying degrees using ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. MARLOX RT 64 is a turbid liquid at room temperature and essentially 100% active.

LIALET 125-9 is a fatty alcohol polyethyleneglycol ether, based on LIAL 125 and ethylene oxide (about 9 moles). It is manufactured in Terranova dei Passerini (LO) plant.

Focus Amide 10 is used in fluids & lubricants for coolants, drawing compounds, and metalworking fluids, as well as in home care applications for emulsion cleaners. It features good rust inhibition, hard water stability, and improved boundary lubrication.

Focus Base P 60 is a soluble oil emulsifier package, free of tall oil and its derivatives, that has been designed for use in naphthenic oil. Focus Base P 60 is formulated with a primary emulsion system consisting of succinic anhydride in place of natural and synthetic sodium sulfonate. This product also features high alkalinity for pH stability and excellent hard water stability.

Focus Base PS 36 is a soluble oil emulsifier package, free of tall oil and its derivatives, that has been designed for use in both naphthenic and paraffinic oils. Focus Base PS 36 is formulated with a primary emulsion system consisting of both sodium sulfonate and succinic anhydride which gives improved performance in hard water stability and good rust protection with cleanliness. Focus Base PS 36 also features high free alkalinity which boosts rust protection and increases bacterial control, and lower viscosity than competitive fluids making it easier to handle. Focus Base PS 36 does not contain chlorine, free sulfur, nitrites, phenols, or heavy metals all while being free of tall oil and its derivatives. Focus Base PS 36 was formulated to perform well at low temperatures with special focus on the bloom properties of this fluid as well as freeze-thaw stability.
