Calcinate® C-400CLR is a 400 TBN overbased calcium sulfonate. This highly overbased calcium sulfonate is engineered to have the alkaline component as all calcium carbonate. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 is a high quality lubricant additive consisting of superfine graphite particles in mineral spirits. Lubricants diluted with BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 ACHESON (known as Dag 2404) are able to form a highly effective graphite film on metal surfaces at temperatures up to 482°C (900°F). It is particularly successful in conveyor chain operation because it penetrates and forms a solid lubricating film over the entire bearing surface as the carrier vaporizes.

Focus Polysurf LRP is an additive package that simplifies the blending of synthetic metalworking lubricants. By packaging several high performance components together at optimized ratios, lubricant manufacturers can reduce inventory complexity and increase formulating flexibility. Focus Polysurf LRP is a complex mixture of high performance lubricity and corrosion inhibitors that can be used to formulate water-based synthetic machining and grinding fluids. This product utilizes chemistry that is both extremely low foaming and very hard water stable. Focus Polysurf LRP does not contain any chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus chemistry. It is free of secondary amines and is naturally bioresistant. Using Polysurf LRP, a transparent true solution with good tramp oil rejection properties can be formulated. It is recommended that this product be cutback with water at a ratio of 50/50. Additional ingredients such as extreme pressure additives (e.g., Focus Ester PE 2050), supplemental lubricity components, bactericide/fungicides, or dyes can be added as desired.
