EBECRYL® 889 is an energy curable polyester acrylate for publication inks. EBECRYL® 889 provides good pigment wetting and color development for process color inks. Inks made with EBECRYL® 889 exhibit good adhesion to super- calendared paper, good ink transfer and excellent printability.

Toyal 20HPC is used in ceramics and refractory, paints and coatings markets, and is applicable in metallurgy and tool making processes.

Hatcol® 2920 is a medium viscosity pure triester base stock made from branched alcohols. It combines excellent high temperature oxidative stability with good low temperature fluidity.

EBECRYL® 3300 is a highly reactive epoxy acrylate, diluted in DPGDA. When formulated and cross-linked with other suitable radiation curable oligomers and reactive diluents, it results in durable, hard-elastic and chemically resistant coating films of high quality. For UV curing a suitable photoinitiator must be added to the formulation. The addition level depends on the line speed, number of lamps and thickness of the coating film.

CYMEL® UI-20-E Resin is a partially iso-butylated urea crosslinker designed for use in acid curing wood coatings with high film build requirements. Being supplied in ethanol, films dry very quickly resulting in coatings with excellent early block resistance.

CYMEL® 328 resin is a methylated high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in water. Its high reactivity and low formaldehyde release during cure makes CYMEL® 328 resin suitable for a wide range of fast-curing waterborne industrial coating formulations, such as can and coil coatings, OEM and foil coating applications

ACRYLTAC® SP-462 is an all acrylic surfactant stabilized polymer emulsion.

EBECRYL® 8804 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate that is a high viscosity liquid at room temperature and is light in color. Films of EBECRYL® 8804 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness and flexibility, and are resistant to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 444 is a reactive chlorinated polyester resin diluted 40% with the reactive diluent propoxylated glycerol triacrylate (OTA-480) (1). EBECRYL® 444 is not based on bisphenol A raw materials, and is tin-free. It exhibits good lithographic behavior and pigment wetting properties, and fast cure response in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. Cured films of EBECRYL® 444 display good adhesion to metals, and paper.

Lanxess 622 is an inorganic pigment classified under chemical mixtures and blends. It is used in architectural coatings, automotive OEM coatings, building & construction, industrial, and industrial coatings markets.

CRAYVALLAC® WF-1000, with its fine particle size and very low coefficient of friction, provides the formulator with an excellent aid to controlling the frictional characteristics of a coating as well as enhancing its surface protection properties. Furthermore, the very high melting point of CRAYVALLAC® WF-1000 makes it an excellent choice for high temperature applications.

EBECRYL® 1140 is used in radiation-curable coatings. It functions as a binder and resin in CASE ingredients.
