MAINCOTE™ AE-58 is an aqueous acrylic emulsion copolymer which can be crosslinked with waterborne dispersions of epoxy resin in two-component acrylic/epoxy coatings. The resulting acrylic/epoxy coatings have properties such as low VOC, long pot life, and outstanding hardness, UV durability and solvent/chemical resistance. The high performance coatings can be used in a variety of interior and exterior applications for metal and concrete surfaces, such as institutional wall coatings and industrial metal primers, topcoats and direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings.

MAINCOTE™ HG-56 is an aqueous emulsion designed as a binder for maintenance coatings. While it is compositionally similar to MAINCOTE™ HG-54D Acrylic Resin, its somewhat larger particle size mandates that it be formulated in a different manner. The formulator should pay particular attention to the guidelines in this brochure.

TV08167 Violet 19 Rs Dispersion belongs to the polyolefins chemical family and functions as a pigment.

CYMEL® 327 resin is a methylated high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in isobutanol. CYMEL® 327 resin is very reactive and has a tendency towards selfcondensation at normal baking temperatures, providing films with very good hardness, gloss, chemical resistance and outdoor durability. Its major advantage relative to other high imino resins is its potential to lower VOC in high solids formulations.

Silcolapse® 723 is a non-ionic aqueous 30% active silicone antifoam and/or defoamer. It offers excellent antifoam and defoaming properties in a wide variety of aqueous applications including those with incidental food contact as well as food processing applications. Silcolapse® 723 effectively controls foam at concentrations as low as 10 ppm solids, even at elevated temperatures. Silcolapse® 723 gives good results at wide-ranging pH and provides a cost effective solution where foam is a problem.

ResinOLINE® BD 5 is a liquid tall oil fatty acid containing between 5% of rosin acids

FASTRACK™ 3427 Polymer Emulsion is a second generation all acrylic emulsion for fast-dry waterborne traffic marking paints with improved durability. Traffic marking paints based on FASTRACK™ 3427 Polymer Emulsion feature fast dry over a broad range of application conditions and excellent durability in terms of retention of glass beads for night visibility and wear properties over asphalt, concrete and old markings.

CYMEL® 1161 Resin is a highly monomeric, methylated/ iso-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. Its high monomer content allows for the formulation of high solids coatings with excellent appearance, recoat adhesion, and flexibility. CYMEL® 1161 Resin is especially recommended for automotive topcoats, general metal finishes, and coil coatings

FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion is an acrylic emulsion binder for high-durability traffic markings. Using a patented crosslinking technology, FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion combines exceptional durability with the ease of handling and application typically associated with water-based technology. Designed to be a true waterborne durable traffic paint, FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion is an excellent choice for situations where existing waterborne paint equipment is available, and where the additional benefits of rapid drying and excellent glass bead retention are critical. The ease of cleanup, enhanced worker safety, and reduced disposal costs are inherent features of FASTRACK™ HD-21A Emulsion that can translate into additional value and convenience for pavement marking applicators.

VANCRYL® 927 is a medium glass transition temperature acrylic emulsion for the graphic arts industry. Excellent gloss can be obtained by utilizing VANCRYL® 927 in inks and coatings. Its film formation properties, coupled with its rapid water release, result in very fast drying. It is suitable for both flexographic and gravure printing on paper substrates. VANCRYL® 927 has excellent compatibility with pigment dispersions and alcohols. Inks formulated with VANCRYL® 927 have good transfer, printability, and resolubility for high-quality printing on various paper substrates (including metalized paper) and aluminum foil. VANCRYL® 927 can also be formulated as a high gloss OPV that will very quickly develop water, oil, and scuff resistance.

ELVACE® 736 is a binder and resin used in adhesives and sealants, including packaging adhesives and waterborne adhesives. It also functions as a resin in plastics and elastomers.

PACE® 385 is a high solids vinyl acetate homopolymer made in a polyvinyl alcohol colloidal system

FASTRACK™ 2706 is used in coatings for traffic paint applications.

ELVACE® 734 was developed as a cost effective vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion for use in compounding today's packaging and construction adhesives requiring a low VOC content. It offers the adhesive formulator many of the exclusive benefits expected from copolymer emulsions such as good specific adhesion and a tough permanently flexible adhesive film. In addition, Elvace® 734 includes custom features like a faster rate of set and increased water resistance. Overall, the combined features of Elvace® 734 give it a high value to performance.
