Focus Base PS 36 is a soluble oil emulsifier package, free of tall oil and its derivatives, that has been designed for use in both naphthenic and paraffinic oils. Focus Base PS 36 is formulated with a primary emulsion system consisting of both sodium sulfonate and succinic anhydride—which gives improved performance in hard water stability and good rust protection with cleanliness. Focus Base PS 36 also features high free alkalinity which boosts rust protection and increases bacterial control, and lower viscosity than competitive fluids making it easier to handle. Focus Base PS 36 does not contain chlorine, free sulfur, nitrites, phenols, or heavy metals—all while being free of tall oil and its derivatives. Focus Base PS 36 was formulated to perform well at low temperatures with special focus on the bloom properties of this fluid as well as freeze-thaw stability.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ P3000 Polyglycol is a linear polymer produced by the polymerization of propylene oxide with propylene glycol. The P3000 nomenclature indicates a propylene oxide based product with a molecular weight of 3000. It is a clear, viscous liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. It exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in synthetic lubricant applications. It is suitable as an antifoam agent in latex formulations, pulp and paper processing, emulsion paints, and various food processes.

NIONIC™ 17R4 is a reverse block copolymer surfactant with a chemical structure designed to provide reduced foaming and gelling tendencies compared to non-reverse block copolymer surfactants. NIONIC™ 17R4 can be used to reduce the surface tension of liquids, including high viscosity liquids even at very low concentrations. The unique features are extremely low toxicity, defoaming activity, wetting, cleaning, emulsification, and chemical and thermal stability.

Focus Base 10 is a soluble oil emulsifier package designed to emulsify naphthenic oils with aniline points between 160°F and 180°F. Higher treat levels with Focus Base 10 provide greater emulsification and rust protection under more demanding conditions. Focus Base 10 provides good emulsion stability in both soft and hard waters. This product is compatible with extreme pressure additives such as chlorinated paraffins, sulfurized products and esters used to formulate heavy duty soluble oils. Focus Base 10 does not contain chlorine, free sulfur, nitrites, phenols or heavy metals.

Hatcol® 2901 is a pure adipate diester base stock containing long chain branched alcohols which combines excellent high temperature oxidative stability with low temperature flow.

Esterex™ NP451 is a API category Group V fluids. Esterex™ NP451 has excellent low-temperature properties, good lubricating properties, and low volatilities. Esterex™ NP451 can be used as sole basestocks or blendstocks with other synthetic fluids in many automotive and industrial lubricant applications. Esterex™ NP451 is ideal for use in highly loaded, high-speed lubricant applications where energy efficiency is desired.

Hybase® C500 is a 500 TBN oil soluble overbased calcium sulfonate. It provides the highest TBN of calcium carbonate available in a liquid, oil based format. Hybase® C500 is a typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. It is designed as a both a stand alone detergent as well as in conjunction with other detergent types, such as calcium phenate.

Hatcol® 2923 is a phthalate diester base stock made with medium branched chain alcohols.

SpectraSyn Elite™ 300 is an advanced high viscosity (Hi-Vis) Polyalphaolefin (PAO). SpectraSyn Elite™ 300 utilizes metallocene catalyst technology. SpectraSyn Elite™ 300 mPAO basestock offers performance characteristics not available with conventional PAO, such as improved viscosity index (VI), shear stability and low temperature performance in finished lubricants, particularly in industrial applications. Durad® 220 is a triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. Isopropylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, t-butylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates.
