D.E.R.® 663U Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 663U Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight, solid epoxy resin developed mainly for use in powder coatings. It can be incorporated in both pure epoxy and epoxy/polyester systems where the relationship between its melt viscosity and softening point properties ensures the production of homogeneous powders with good gloss, excellent flexibility and smoothness, and good storage stability. D.E.R.®. 663U Resin can also be used in epoxy ester applications, for example, in industrial or automotive coatings.

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 BA 20 is a HAPs-free pre-activated amide wax supplied in a mixture of butyl acetate and alcohol. It is a rheology modifier in paste form with high efficiency (optimum sag resistance and viscosity).CRAYVALLAC® PA3 BA 20 is supplied in the form of crystalline fibres. In a coating system, these fibres form an interacting network. This network gives rise to the shear thinning rheology of the final coating. This shear thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application.

CRAYVALLAC® WN-1265 is a micronised amide wax.

AEROSIL® R 9200 is a structure modified, hydrophobicfumed silica.

CRAYVALLAC® SUPER is a high performance, micronised amide wax rheology modifier suitable for a wide range of solvent-based, high-solids and solvent-free applications. D.E.R.® 660-B80 Epoxy Resin Solution is a semi-solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol-A dissolved in n-butanol. D.E.R.® 660-B80 Epoxy Resin Solution is an intermediate epoxy equivalent weight epoxy resin dissolved in butanol, and is used mainly in adhesives and protective coatings, or as a modifier for other epoxy resins to improve impact strength, extensibility, and adhesion. This epoxy resin solution can provide the high solids and chemical resistance of liquid epoxy resins combined with the adhesion, flexibility, excellent mechanical properties, and fast cure of higher molecular weight 1-type solid epoxy resin solutions. D.E.R.® 660-B80 Epoxy Resin can form the basis of many two-component coating systems with either polyamine, polyamide or polyamidoamine curing agents to provide high quality coatings which are resistant to a number of chemical reagents. D.E.R.® 660-B80 Epoxy Resin Solution is ideal for adhesives and medium to heavy duty coatings such as those used for ship hulls, marine paints, tank linings, and industrial maintenance coatings.

CRAYVALLAC® PA4 BA 20 is a HAPs-free rheology modifier pre-activated amide wax supplied in a mixture of butyl acetate and alcohol. It is a rheology modifier in paste form with enhanced transparency, excellent anti-sagging and anti-settling properties.CRAYVALLAC® PA4 BA 20 is supplied in the form of crystalline fibres. ACRYSOL™ WS-68 Emulsion is a thermosetting acrylic polymer supplied as a colloidal dispersion in water. When formulated with monomeric melamine resins, it facilitates the formulation of industrial baking enamels that offer excellent spray characteristics and film properties.

CRAYVALLAC® WN-1495 is a matting agent for use in inks and liquid coatings while enhancing surface properties such as scratch and abrasion resistance. Its fine particle size distribution is providing enhanced performance and ease of incorporation.
