- Key Features
- Baerolub® L-AS-SP is a very high quality lubricant for a variety of lubricant applications requiring a totally organic, free-flowing prilled (granular) form with excellent lubricant properties.
- Baerolub® L-AS-SP in prilled form is supplied as a low dust product with excellent handling and feeding characteristics and is especially suited for ease of blending and compounding with the resin, filler and other additive components of thermoplastic formulations.
- The free flowing nature of the form eliminates bridging or caking while facilitating use in any type of packaging, bulk handling, conveying or feeding system.
- Product Performance
- Baerolub® L-AS-SP is primarily an external lubricant for the processing of thermoplastics, including PVC and polyolefins.
- Baerolub® L-AS-SP is a very good lubricant and processing aid for the extrusion of wood and other highly filled plastic composites.
- Optimal application of Baerolub® L-AS-SP can result in higher throughput and better aesthetic quality with no reduction mechanical properties of the extruded natural fiber filled plastic composite part.
- Due to its good lubricating properties and relatively high, sharp, melting range, Baerolub® L-AS-SP is used as a lubricant for metal forming and as a dry lubricant for wire drawing.
