GENIOPLAST® FLUID 110 US is a non-reactive silicone based polymer additive with a viscosity of approx. 100 mm²/s. It has outstandig property profile, which sets it apart from conventional external and internal lubricants.

- GENIOPLAST® FLUID 110 US is used as a processing aid and performance enhancer in a variety of plastic applications. It is particularly useful in improving the flow characteristics of polymers which can lead to improved mold filling, enhanced surface finish, and may enhance gloss.
- GENIOPLAST® FLUID 110 US is thermally stable, chemically inert, and provides lubricating properties ideal for plastic processing
- GENIOPLAST® FLUID 110 US can be dry-blended together with PVC or other constituents in common heating-cooling setups.
- In PVC processing the product serves as a processing aid helping to improve the flow and dispersion of PVC compounds during extrusion or molding, resulting in smoother processing and better-quality end products.
