Incorporation Information
  • HFGEL 120-0 requires high shear dispersion in the solvent or resin/solvent blend as well as a chemical activator. It is added with agitation to the solvent or resin/solvent and dispersed under shear for 10 minutes.
  • A polar activator is then added and mixed an additional 10 minutes to ensure complete activation. Cowles-type dissolvers, sand, ball or three roll mills are all suitable.
