Incorporation Information
  • Add 1/3 to 1/2 base oil and rheology modifier into a grease preparation kettle. Stir them for 10 - 15 minutes, and mix the materials uniformly.
  • Add dispersing agent and stir for 30 minutes until the contents of the kettle form grease structure.
  • Heat the kettle to 50 - 65 °C, and hold the temperature for 20 - 30 minutes while stirring.
  • Add the remained base oil into a grease preparation kettle in 3-4 batches slowly, and add the next batch of base oil after the previous batch of oil is formed into grease completely(so that the consistency, mechanical stability of grease can be improved)
  • Add additives (the additives can be dissolved in a small amount of base oil in advance ) and continuously stir and mix uniformly.
  • Homogenize grease in the kettle through a grease homogenizer or circularly cut for 30 - 60 minutes under the pressure of 6 - 7 kgf / cm2 to obtain the bentonite grease product.
  • Test the sample of grease, package after the quality is approved.
