- Hostanox® OSP 1 is a metal deactivator with high migration- and extraction resistance. It is very suitable for plastics in particular for polyolefins which are in contact with metal e.g. cable filler black carbon and fittings.
- Furthermore, Hostanox® OSP 1 leads to a remarkable improvement of the OIT value being required in polyethylene pipe applications
- In addition, it is recommended for cross-linked polyethylene.
