Please pay attention to the mixing order:
- half resin+pigment.
- Filler+additives+half resin
- The mixing time is 3 minutes (including crushing time)
- Extrusion process parameters: the extrusion temperature is low, between 90-105°C, not too high, the cooling temperature is strictly controlled, the extrusion speed is 38-40HZ, the feeding speed is 20HZ, and it is adjusted under the safe condition that the voltage does not exceed the load.
- Crushing particle size control: the D50 particle size is controlled at about 30 microns, the film thickness is 60-70 microns, and the surface is smooth, good flow and delicate.
- Do not add low molecular weight materials, such as low melting point polyethylene wax, etc.
- You can directly add 1% HR-442 fingerprint resistant agent, which can eliminate fingerprints and handprints without affecting the screen printing and recoatingting effects!
- This product can automatically eliminate hand sweat handprints, and hand oil can be wiped off!
