Technical Details & Test Data
- Technical Data
- Char Ash formation: Ultramag 60-90 DD causes a char ash to form ahead of the flame.
- Higher Initial Decomposition Temperatures: About 340°C, versus 230°C for ATH,which allows for use under higher processing temperature applications.
- Narrow Range for Water Loss: ATH releases it’s water over a very wide range, 230°C to 430°C. Ultramag releases it’s water over a much narrower range, 340°C to440°C. This provides a higher concentration of water over a given time.
