ExCal® 100 is processed from a high-purity ore and used in plastics, rubber, coatings, adhesives, sealants, mastics, and other specialty applications where color, binder demand and economics are of importance.

ZINC OXIDE GRADE 103 is a premium white powder produced through the French (Indirect) Process, renowned for its exceptional purity and large particle size. This high-quality product boasts the lowest surface area (m²/g) available in any French Process zinc oxide. Specifically engineered for various applications, Zinc Oxide Grade 103 serves as a superior replacement for Zinc Oxide LLC 800XL, KADOX 930, and KADOX XX503R. It also offers a seamless drop-in substitution for American (Direct) Process zinc oxide in most applications, ensuring optimal performance and versatility.

ExCal® CW 1640 is processed from a high purity stone, to exacting specifications. Strict quality control during manufacture results in a consistent product that is used in all phases of oil and gas exploration. ExCal® CW 1640 shown are suitable for use in drilling fluids and other applications.

Superior Graphite LBG8004 is a purified flake product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes the flake graphite to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite LBG8004 is the ultra fine size grade of the ‘Thermally Purified Flake’ product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology.

ZINC OXIDE GRADE 104 is a brilliant white powder manufactured by the French (Indirect) Process. Grade 104 is our popular medium particle size zinc oxide offering high assay and very low impurities. Grade 104 is approved for pharmaceutical drug use as an excipient, is USFDA approved as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) at 21cfr182.8991 and is authorized by the USFDA for use wherever GRAS is approved including food contact in rubber, plastics, and coatings. Grade 104 also meets the requirements of ASTM specification D79, 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) for heavy metals and Waste Electrical and Electronic Directive (WEEE), and other regulations where high quality zinc oxide is required.This product is also available in pelleted form (grade 104P), and with around up to 0.1% processing aid/surface treatment (grade 104T) for some rubber mixers.

Superior Graphite 5935 is a synthetic graphite product made from narrow-sized virgin electrodes using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are stabilization of coeffi cient of friction, wear reduction, and increase in thermal conductivity.

ALUMINIUM ALLOY POWDER SCALMA40B5 is an odourless light grey material which is available in a range of sizes up to 1mm. Above this, the product is usually referred to as granulate. It is produced commercially by atomizing molten aluminium using air or inert gas. Our products are available in a range of sizes, the first grade commercially available has a median size of 1 micron. And all aluminiuim powder is made from minimum 99.85% purity aluminium ingot.
