EBECRYL® 1300 is designed as the letdown oligomer for UV thermoformable ink applications, and should be used in conjunction with the pigment grind oligomer, EBECRYL® 8413. EBECRYL® 1300 exhibits good adhesion promoting properties. When used together with EBECRYL® 8413, non-blocking thermoformable inks can be developed. These thermoformable inks demonstrate scratch and temperature resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates without the necessity of corona discharge or flame pretreatment.

D.E.H.® 4042 Epoxy Curing Agent is a modified cycloaliphatic polyamine based curing agent for epoxy resins, with a very long potlife.

UCECOAT® 7788 is a tin-free, VOC-free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion in water. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for UV/EB energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roll coating. UCECOAT® 7788 can be used as the sole formulation resin or in combination with other water-borne resins.

UCECOAT® 7891 is a high performance acrylated polyurethane dispersion specifically developed for UV curable field applied matte wood and VCT (vinyl composition tile) floor coatings. UCECOAT® 7891 allows for the development of low gloss formulations without the use of silicas or other particles. This results in formulations with better shelf life, since the settling of particles is no longer a concern. If very low gloss formulations are desired, silica can be used at very low levels to achieve this. The very low level of silica also translates into better formulation stability. Floor coatings based on UCECOAT® 7891 exhibit a good balance of flexibility and hardness, thus providing good adhesion and coin scuff. Excellent solvent and chemical resistance are also provided through use of UCECOAT® 7891.

EBECRYL® 4654 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate supplied at 60% solids in n-butyl acetate. Films of EBECRYL® 4654 are physically dry after evaporation of the solvent. EBECRYL® 4654 exhibits high reactivity in ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and yields hard polymers. Coatings based on EBECRYL® 4654 demonstrate good exterior durability, resistance to yellowing, and chemical and mechanical resistance properties.

UCECOAT® 7849 is a radiation curable polyurethane dispersion which is tack- free before cure and after water evaporation. It was developed for wood coatings, but can also be used for other applications. Because of its non- irritant nature and low viscosity, it and can be applied safely by spray coating and curtain coating.

UCECOAT® 2501 is a tin-free, VOC free, aliphatic polyurethane acrylate dispersion. It is a robust and versatile resin ideally suited for energy curable industrial coatings applied by spray, curtain or roller coating. UCECOAT 2501 is mainly intended to be used as blending partner with water-borne resins, both UV/EB reactive and WB acrylics.

Bluesil™ RES 6407 is a 70% solids methylphenylsilicone resin in Toluene solution. This resin is designed to formulate heat resistant coatings for industrial applications with improved weatherability.

UCECOAT® 7630 is an energy curable polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free after water evaporation. It has been developed for wood coatings but can also be used for other applications, such as field applied UV curable coatings for wood, concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors. Because of its non-irritant nature and low viscosity, it can be applied safely by spray coating and curtain coating.

UCECOAT® 7733 is a UV-curable polyurethane dispersion characterized by its outstanding stain resistances both in clear and white pigmented coatings, while still giving flexibility.
