When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL® P115 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Recommended levels are from 5 to 15% based on the total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer. EBECRYL® P115 can be used with EBECRYL® P39 (1) (a polymeric benzophenone derivative) to produce UV cured coatings and inks with low residual odor.

CYMEL® 1130 resin is a methylated/n-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high extent of alkylation. Its hydrophobic nature makes for improved wetting and adhesion on metal substrates, and improved humidity and salt spray resistance. CYMEL® 1130 resin is insoluble in water but shows excellent compatibility and stability with water-soluble backbone polymers and is an excellent crosslinker for anodic electrodeposition coatings.

TEGO® Foamex 18 is a compatible defoamer concentrate based on organic polymer technology. Free of silicone, solvent, and mineral oil.

TEGO® AIREX 991 shows very strong defoaming against both macro- and micro foam in solvent borne and high solids coatings. Especially for spray- applied coatings. TEGO® AIREX 990 is a highly compatible dearator concentrate that shows very high effectiveness in solvent borne and high solids coatings. Very suitable for clear coats.

ALUGEL 30 HEP is an aluminum salt-based product used primarily in plastics manufacturing and polyamide production. With excellent dispersion properties, it serves as a thickener in greases, lacquers, and varnishes. This product also functions as a gelling agent, stabilizer, and lubricant (external), enhancing lubrication and stabilization in both industrial additives and plastics & elastomers applications.

EBECRYL® 113 is a low odor monofunctional acrylated aliphatic epoxy that can be used as a reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curing formulations. EBECRYL® 113 is a good diluent for a variety of acrylated oligomers. In formulations, it can lower Tg, increase flexibility and improve adhesion to plastics.
