CARPOL® GP-6305-55 Polyol is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6300 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 5% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-6305-55 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant is a nonionic surfactant with a chemical structure designed to make it act as a defoamer in many applications. Even at very low concentrations, CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant can be used to reduce the superficial tension of liquids, including high viscosity liquids. Defoaming performance is a function of cloud point and end use temperature and CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant is a good low temperature defoamer. These materials are water soluble at low temperatures and will flocculate when warmed above their cloud point. In addition these products are easily removed and leave no residue on the surfaces.

TEDA-L33 is a chemical mixture and blend used as a catalyst in industrial additives.

RHOPLEX® AC-630 LOX is a binder and resin that functions as a binder.

Thetaguard™ FA-1000 is an oil repellent and wetting agent used in eggshell paint, flat paint, latex paint, solventborne and waterborne coatings, varnishes, and printing inks. It offers dirt pickup resistance and improves cleanability.

ACEMATT® OK 630 is a wax-treated, medium particle-sized precipitated silica. By offering very high compatibility, it can be used in a large variety of coatings.

CYMEL® 1168 Resin is a highly monomeric, methylated/iso-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. Its high monomer content allows for the formulation of high solids coatings with excellent appearance, recoat adhesion, and flexibility. CYMEL® 1168 Resin is especially recommended for automotive topcoats, general metal finishes, and coil coatings. While CYMEL® 1168 Resin is insoluble in water, it shows excellent compatibility with water-soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in amine-stabilized waterborne formulations.

WWT50464 Red Iron Oxide is a liquid colorants that are low in viscosity, high in color strength, and maintain excellent stability. Possible applications for the WC line include but are not limited to industrial, decorative and architectural coatings, paper products, textile inks, and aggregate coatings.

CRAYVALLAC® WN-1110 is a micronised modified polypropylene wax.

H.B. Fuller® PD-1202 is a binder and resin used in waterborne adhesives for adhesives and sealants.

Wayncor™ 213 is a general purpose corrosion inhibitive pigment which demonstrates good stability and corrosion resistance in a wide variety of systems. Typical use level is between 3 - 7% total formula weight.

COPRO® SP-480 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion.

REAFREE® 6818 is a binder and resin used in paints and coatings.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ 1100 is a blend of polyethers, primarily glycerol ethoxylated propoxylated and polyalkylene glycol. It functions as a nonionic surfactant.
