EBECRYL® 745 is an acrylic polymer diluted 46% by weight with a 1/1 ratio of the reactive diluents 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)(1) and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) . EBECRYL 745 is used as the primary or modifying oligomer in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations to increase adhesion on difficult substrates.

EBECRYL® 811 is an ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable polyester acrylate for either wet or dry offset printing on plastic substrates. Inks made using EBECRYL® 811 obtain excellent adhesion to calendered vinyl, polystyrene, polyolefins, polycarbonate and PVC. The water balance of this product allows inks based upon it to be run on press with low amounts of fountain solution: a key parameter for printing on non-absorbent substrates.

EBECRYL® 3415 meets all regulatory requirements and is no longer subject to the Significant New Use Rule (SNUR).

EBECRYL® 8413 is designed as the pigment grind oligomer for UV cured thermoformable ink applications and is designed for use in conjunction with the letdown oligomer, EBECRYL® 1300. EBECRYL® 8413 exhibits good milling properties and has very high elongation (550%). When used together with EBECRYL® 1300, non-blocking thermoformable inks can be developed. These thermoformable inks demonstrate scratch and temperature resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates without the necessity of corona discharge or flame pretreatment.
