TEGO® Rad 2700 is a radically cross-linkable release additive, providing utmost release and slip properties. Additional defoaming properties. Ideal for high-viscosity pigmented inks.

CYCAT® XK 406 N is a catalyst used in can coating and lacquer applications. It features high crosslinking and stain resistance, functioning as a catalyst in CASE ingredients.

EBECRYL® 225 is a ten functional aliphatic urethane acrylate. After polymerization, films of EBECRYL® 225 exhibit outstanding surface hardness and low haze development after abrasion. In addition, EBECRYL® 225 does not contain intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals* or quinones.

SURFYNOL® 104 PG 50 is a multifunctional surfactant providing combined dynamic wetting and molecular defoaming in waterborne coatings and inks.

EBECRYL® 830 is a polyester hexa-acrylate that exhibits fast cure response and moderate viscosity. Films of EBECRYL 830 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good abrasion and scratch resistance, solvent resistance and hardness.

TEGO® AIREX 991 shows very strong defoaming against both macro- and micro foam in solvent borne and high solids coatings. Especially for spray- applied coatings. TEGO® AIREX 990 is a highly compatible dearator concentrate that shows very high effectiveness in solvent borne and high solids coatings. Very suitable for clear coats.

Corrosperse™ 176E is a 65% dispersion of Strontium Chromate in Glycol Ether EB. It has a Fineness of Grind (7 Hegman) which means no grinding is required and it can easily be incorporated using high speed mixing techniques. Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically exposure to dust.

ACRYSOL™ RM-2020 is a non-ionic urethane rheology modifier, providing high shear viscosity. It is specifically designed for applications where a low odour or low VOC is required. It can be used either alone or in combination with thickeners effective in the low shear range to reach the desired rheological profile. ACRYSOL™ RM-2020 Rheology Modifier allows formulations with a Newtonian rheology profile combined with excellent water and alkali resistance.

EBECRYL® 113 is a low odor monofunctional acrylated aliphatic epoxy that can be used as a reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curing formulations. EBECRYL® 113 is a good diluent for a variety of acrylated oligomers. In formulations, it can lower Tg, increase flexibility and improve adhesion to plastics.

TEGO® Foamex 845 is an effective defoamer emulsion based on polyether siloxane technology. It provides an additional foam break-down effect.

EBECRYL® 820 is a low viscosity polyester acrylate oligomer, with exceptional pigment wetting properties. This combined with the low viscosity of this material makes it ideal as a pigment grinding resin. EBECRYL® 820 also gives a fast cure response when formulated with other oligomers and cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). EBECRYL® 820 is used for the preparation of pigment pastes with high pigment loading. This can be produced using a triple roll mill or bead mill. EBECRYL® 820 can be used for grinding all process colors and spot colors. EBECRYL® 820 has been specifically developed to formulate UV/EB curable inks for sensitive applications such as food packaging.

TPGDA is a difunctional reactive diluent with a branched alkyl polyether backbone. Polymerization occurs when TPGDA is exposed to sources of free radicals. It is widely used as a primary diluent in the formulation of ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and inks.

EBECRYL® 244 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate diluted 10% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) (1). EBECRYL® 244 exhibits light color and good cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 244 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB) demonstrate good flexibility, toughness, abrasion and water resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

D.E.H.® 530 E32 Epoxy Curing Agent is a cycloaliphatic amine used as curing agent for epoxy resins with low color, specially designed for ambient and low temperature cure applications.
