D.E.R.® 662UH Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 662UH Epoxy Resin is designed for decorative powder coating applications requiring good flow and gloss. The melt viscosity and good reactivity of D.E.R.® 662UH Resin make this resin particularly suitable for the formulation of hybrid powder coatings. The resin can also be used alone with conventional curing agents for pure epoxy powder coatings.

SILIKOPON® EF is a binder and resin used in 2K coatings, protective coatings, solventborne coatings, and solventless and high solids coatings. It provides color retention and good gloss retention.

D.E.R.® 6510HT solid epoxy resin can be used in combination with standard and modified bisphenol A and novolac epoxy resins. This will help formulators to develop a powder coating system with the right balance of thermal and mechanical properties while still providing good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.

D.E.R.® 8230W5 is used in powder coating applications and functions as a binder and resin in CASE ingredients.

EBECRYL® 608 is a bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate diluted approximately 27% by weight with the reactive diluent OTA- 480, propoxylated glycerol triacrylate. EBECRYL® 608 exhibits light color and very fast cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 608 cured via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high surface hardness and gloss, low residual odor and excellent chemical resistance.

D.E.R.® 917 Epoxy Resin is a modified, liquid bisphenol A based epoxy resin emulsified in water.

D.E.R.® 669E Resin is a high molecular weight, solid epoxy resin designed for use primarily in one pack stoving enamels in combination with heat-reactive cross-linking agents such as amino- and phenol-formaldehyde resins. D.E.R.® 669E Solid Epoxy Resin may also be used on a limited basis as a binder in ambient curing systems in combination with isocyanate cross-linkers or as flow modifier in epoxy powder coatings. Finishes made from D.E.R.® 669E Resin are suitable for metal decoration, interior and exterior can coatings, tube and drumlinings, coil primers and many other industrial applications.

D.E.R.® 6330-A10 Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A containing 10 wt% of a polyacrylate flow modifier. D.E.R.® 6330-A10 Solid Epoxy Resin is used mainly in epoxy-polyester powder coating formulations for decorative applications. It is a self-leveling resin which contains 10% by weight of a silicone free flow agent and is utilized as a master batch in conjunction with epoxy resins which do not contain a flow agent.

EBECRYL® 605/20 is the bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate, EBECRYL 600, diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) (1) to provide a lower viscosity, easier handling product. EBECRYL® 605/20 exhibits light color and fast cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 605/20 cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, surface hardness, and the superior chemical resistance typical of an epoxy resin.

D.E.R.® 6508 Solid Epoxy Resin has been developed for high-performance, fusion bonded epoxy coatings for demanding functional coating applications. It also has excellent chemical and corrosion resistance coupled with outstanding heat performance. D.E.R. 6508 Epoxy Resin is a 2-functional epoxy resin which has been chemically modified to allow the formulation of highly crosslinked, heat-resistant systems capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 160°C. Unlike other resins used in high performance applications, D.E.R.® 6508 Resin achieves an excellent balance of properties using commonly available, commercial crosslinkers and normal processing conditions. In addition, D.E.R.® 6508 Solid Epoxy Resin is compatible with bisphenol A and novolac- modified epoxy resins, allowing the formulation of systems having an optimized balance of mechanical and thermal properties while still providing good corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals.
