Focus Ester PA 50 is a synthetic polymerized ester designed to boost performance and enhance finish in severe metalworking applications. Focus Ester PA 50 has a molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. Focus Ester PA 50 is a complex fatty acid ester, which offers the highest level of hydrolytic stability properties. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 50 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all other boundary and EP additives, like phosphorous, sulfur, lard oil, blown oil and other fatty friction modifiers.

POLYGLYKOL P 41/300 is used in elastomer, leather, rubber, and textile processing, as well as heat transfer and metalworking fluids. It acts as a crosslinking agent, humectant, and solvent and is compatible with polyesters and polyurethanes (PU).

Bioban® P-1487 Antimicrobial is a compound in the morpholines chemical family. It is compatible with polymers and resins such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This antimicrobial agent is used in metalworking fluids, including die cast lubricants, metalworking fluids, and straight oil metalworking fluids. It is also used in industrial additives like mold release agents.

Additin® RC 5007 is a single-ingredient polyalkylene glycol (PAG) used as a lubricity additive and anti-foaming agent in industrial oils, metalworking fluids, and drilling fluids. It provides excellent lubricity and is resistant to foaming, making it suitable for synthetic metalworking fluids and drilling applications.

Focus ChloroPar W-50AO is a chlorinated very long chain alkane (C24-28). This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a fumed silica surface-treated with polydimethylsiloxane with very good thickening properties.

BONDERITE® L-FG ADAG C is an aqueous-based colloidal dispersion. It contains ultra-fine graphite particles along with a unique stabilizer and binder system. These properties produce excellent lubricity and release, faster wetting, and higher dilution ratios. It remains stable at service temperatures of 600°F and intermittent temperatures as high as 2200°F.

Calcinate® C-400W is a 400 TBN modified overbased calcium sulfonate containing a high level of crystalline "calcite" calcium carbonate. Calcinate® C-400W is designed to provide excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties to a lubricant. It is recommended for use in rust protective and forming oils as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C-400W is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Additin® M 49.001 is a hydrocarbon-based corrosion inhibitor, film former, and lubricity additive used in metalworking fluids, anti-rust oils, cutting fluids, de-watering fluids, drawing compounds, machining oils, and stamping oils. It provides excellent lubricity, good film formation, and wetting properties, with high bio-stability and low odor.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ P1200 Polyglycol is a linear polymer produced by the polymerization of propylene oxide with propylene glycol. The P1200 nomenclature indicates a propylene oxide based product with a molecular weight of 1200. It is a clear, viscous liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. It exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in synthetic lubricant applications. It is suitable as an antifoam agent in latex formulations, pulp and paper processing, emulsion paints, and various food processes.

Focus Amide 5 is an oil-soluble, water-dispersible alkanolamide designed to enhance rust protection while serving as an excellent primary or secondary emulsifier. It is the ideal choice for adding lubricity or creating stable micro-emulsions. Additionally, Focus Amide 5 is highly effective in formulating emulsion cleaners, offering excellent hard water stability and minimal soap content for superior performance.

POLYGLYKOL D 21/150 is used in metalworking fluids within the fluids and lubricants market. It functions as a humectant and solvent in case ingredients, a lubricating agent in fluids and lubricants, a defoamer in food ingredients, and a lubricant in industrial additives.
