SURCHEM® 404 is a high molecular weight, oil soluble, first intent, neutral barium sulfonate. With its non-staining characteristics, SURCHEM® 404 is ideally suited for formulations that call for a high level of rust protection. SURCHEM® 404 is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Durad® 110 is a triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. Isopropylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, t-butylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates.

MARLOX® RT 42 is one of the many low foaming EO/PO non-ionic surfactants produced by Sasol Chemicals in Germany. These alcohol alkoxylates are based on Sasol’s wide range of linear and semi linear fatty alcohols. They are produced by alkoxylation of the fatty alcohols to varying degrees using ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. MARLOX RT 42 is a clear to slightly turbid liquid at room temperature and essentially 100% active.

Additin® RC 8239 is a single-ingredient benzotriazole-based corrosion inhibitor used in greases, industrial oils, metalworking fluids, and food-grade lubricants. It is also used in industrial additives, specifically in fuels. The product provides effective corrosion inhibition in various lubricating and industrial applications.

Additin® RC 5800 is a water-soluble liquid containing sodium tolyltriazole, a corrosion inhibitor commonly used in recirculating cooling water systems, antifreeze, and metalworking fluids. It provides excellent corrosion inhibition and anti-freezing properties. It is also compatible with a variety of metals and is ideal for industrial applications requiring protection against corrosion in hydraulic and cooling systems.

Additin® RC 3760 is a single-ingredient organophosphate used as an anti-wear agent, corrosion inhibitor, and extreme pressure additive. It is applied at a dosage of 0.5% (w/w) and is suitable for use in gear oils, greases, hydraulic oils, industrial oils, metalworking fluids, and turbine & compressor fluids. The product provides excellent corrosion inhibition, extreme pressure performance, high load carrying capacity, and wear protection.

Additin® RC 9200 N is a corrosion-resistant additive package with anti-wear, antioxidant, and corrosion inhibitor properties. It offers excellent demulsibility, filterability, oxidation and thermal stability, hydrolytic stability, and high load carrying capacity. Suitable for hydraulic fluids and compatible with metal, non-ferrous metal, and steel.

Additin® RC 9502 is an antimony, barium and lead-free additive package with anti-wear and corrosion inhibitor properties. It has low odor and is designed for use in greases.

Additin® RC 2515 is a chemical blend designed for use in gear oils, greases, industrial oils, and metalworking fluids. It is compatible with ferrous alloys, ferrous metals, non-ferrous alloys, and non-ferrous metals. The product offers extreme pressure performance, low odor, and stick-slip prevention, making it suitable for applications like gear oils, greases, metalworking fluids, and slideway oils. It functions as an extreme pressure additive.

Additin® RC 2317 is a light-colored, near odourless, low viscosity sulphur carrier. It is used for manufacturing metalworking fluids for cutting operations. Due to its low viscosity Additin RC 2317 is ideally suited for formulating metalworking fluids such as deep hole drilling and honing oils from which an excellent flushing effect is required. By virtue of specially selected raw material Additin® RC 2317 exhibits a very low pourpoint and extended solubility in various base fluids compared to conventional sulphur carriers.
