The P1000 nomenclature indicates a propylene oxide based product with a molecular weight of 1000. It is a clear, viscous liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. It exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in synthetic lubricant applications. It is suitable as an antifoam agent in latex formulations, pulp and paper processing, emulsion paints, and various food processes.
