3M™ Glass Bubbless H20/1000 is a engineered hollow glass microspheres that are alternatives to conventional fillers and additives such as silicas, calcium carbonate, talc, clay, etc., for many demanding applications. These low- density particles are used in a wide range of industries to reduce part weight, lower costs and enhance product properties.

3M™ Glass Bubbles S42XHS-OG-ES-1 are high-strength polymer additives made from a water-resistant and chemically-stable soda-lime borosilicate glass. 3M glass bubbles S42XHS-OG-ES-1 have been treated with a proprietary silane coupling agent for use in applications with unsaturated Polyesters, Acrylics, EVA and Polyolefins. These hollow glass microspheres can be used as a low density filler material ideal for liquid thermoset as well as thermoplastic and rubber parts created from molding, extrusion processes, and/or other vigorous processing equipment (e.g., Banbury mixers, etc.), offering improved processing over many conventional fillers. 3M glass bubbles S42XHS-OG-ES-1 may help to reduce weight, improve dimensional stability, reduce shrinkage and sink marks, and contribute to material and process cost savings. They may be ideal additive materials for applications in the automotive, heavy truck, aerospace, electrical, sports and leisure, electronics, appliance and durable goods industries, as well as in construction products such as polymer, wood composites and siding helping not only to reduce part weight, but also to improve dimensional stability.

3M™ Boron Nitride Cooling Filler Agglomerates 100 is composed of soft bulk agglomerates of crystalline BN platelets, with a mean particle size ranging from 50 to 80μm. It is ideally suited for potting resins and conformable TIM foils or pads, especially in applications with a thin bond line of 150-200μm.

Dynasylan® 6598 is a colorless, nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid. Dynasylan® 6598 is an excellent silane compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (EPDM, EVA, PE).

Bluesil™ EMUL 12 is a silicone-based product. It is primarily used as a mold release agent and release agent in plastics and elastomers.

Exolit® OP 930 is a white, fine-grained powder based on an organic phosphinate. The product is not hygroscopic and it is insoluble in water and common organic solvents lik cetone, dichloromethane, MEK, toluene. Exolit® OP 930 can easily be dispersed in solvents like acetone or MEK.

Hostastat® FA 68 V is a vegetable based, halal certified ethoxylated alkyl amine which provides highly effective internal antistatic properties to thermoplastic polymers.

Focus ChloroPar P-56 is a chlorinated paraffin based on a medium-chain (C14-16) paraffin. This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

CIMTUFF® 9107 is produced from high purity ore, which provide low iron content, low surface area and excellent color in dry form as well as when incorporated with resins. CIMTUFF® 9107 is primarily used in performance polypropylene, where improved tensile strength, flexural modulus, heat distortion temperature, increased stiffness, reduced shrinkage, and lower compounding costs are required. CIMTUFF® 9107 is platy, hydrophobic, non-abrasive and chemically inert.

Licocare® RBW 300 powder TP is a partially saponified wax based on renewable resources.

Bleumina® 201 is a specialty carbon black for high jetness multi-purpose pigment application in various plastics with very good UV/weatherability performance across a range of plastics applications. It is suitable for cable jacketing, agricultural films, automotive interiors, exteriors, all molding and other applications where weatherability performance is very important. With balance morphological properties of high surface area and high structure it offers very good dispersion and color properties. With high purity, very low ash and sieve residue, it improves mechanical durability and offers high jetness and blue undertone. Bleumina® 201 is suitable for food contact applications conforming to EC 10/2011 and recommended for all kind of high jetness general purpose masterbatch for molding and compounds across a range of plastics applications.
