Addonyl® 8073 a plastic of high molecular weight, is produced through an anionic polymerization of caprolactam. During the pressure less casting process the monomeric caprolactam melt is poured into the mold and directly polymerized by a specific chemical reaction and then forms a semi-finished product or molding. Addonyl® 8073 is used in combination with the catalyst Addonyl® Kat NL and the activator Addonyl® 8120 during the production of Cast Nylon (PA-6 G). Along with other procutx from our Addonyl® series you will be able to combine various properties, enabling you to tailor materials specifically to your requirements.
