Licocene® PP MA 1332 TP is a propylene-ethylene-maleic anhydride copolymer.

BONDERITE® L-FG LS 2127 is a water-based carrier product. It is used in brazed fabrications, drilling applications, and welds, and is compatible with non-ferrous alloys. The product offers several key features, including anti-adhesion and anti-stick properties, excellent mold release, high temperature performance, increased die and mold life, and non-reactivity, making it suitable for enhancing performance in various industrial applications.

Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 1151 is an amino-functional silane which acts as an adhesion promoter between inorganic materials (for example glass, metals and fillers) and organic polymers (thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers). Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 1151 is a colorless to slightly yellowish aqueous solution with an amine-like odur, miscible, with alcohols or water. Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 1151 contains about 40% active silane content in water.

BONDERITE® S-FN 329 ACHESON is a fast-drying, resin bonded, fluorocarbon dry film lubricant capable of coating wood, metal, rubber, plastic, and glass substrates. It is designed for low-friction, light load, repetitive stresses. Moving parts wear longer, work harder, and need less maintenance when coated with this product. BONDERITE® S-FN 329 ACHESON cures at room temperature, allowing application where conventional sintered PTFE coatings cannot be considered. The coefficient of friction (static) when the coating is properly applied ranges from 0.06 to 0.09. A coating thickness of 0.0002 to 0.0007 inches (0.0051 to 0.0178 millimeters) generally provides the optimum low friction properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 329 ACHESON is a liquid concentrate that can be diluted according to need. Although Emralon® products are not specifically designed as protective coatings, they do offer moderate resistance to chemicals.

Dynasylan® HS2926 is a surface modifier, coupling agent, and crosslinking agent compatible with elastomers, rubbers, glass, metal, mineral substrates, thermoplastics, and thermosetting plastics. It functions as a coupling agent, crosslinking agent, and surface modifier in industrial additives.

BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N is one of a series of Henkel’s Acheson resin- bonded lubricant coatings designed to provide dry film lubrication in a variety of industrial, consumer and military applications. BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N is a synergistic combination of MoS2 and other lubricants dispersed in an epoxy resin solution. BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N can be applied by standard brush, dip-spin, or spray techniques. BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N provides lifetime lubrication and good corrosion resistance for components which are inaccessible after assembly, but nevertheless must continue to function reliably. BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N provides an effective performance, even as a very thin film (0.0003 inch or 8 microns), thus there is little interference with operating tolerances.

Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2909 functions as a surface modifier, coupling agent, and crosslinking agent in industrial additives.

Dynasylan® AMEO is a bifunctional silane possessing a reactive primary amino group and hydrolyzable ethoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® AMEO to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers) thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, crosslinker, and/or surface modifier.

Dynasylan® DAMO is a diamino­functional silane which acts as an adhesion promoter between inorganic materials (for example glass, metals and fillers) and organic polymers (thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers) and as a surface modifier. Dynasylan® DAMO is a colorless to slightly yellowish liquid with an amine­like odour which is soluble in alcohols and aliphatic as well as aromatic hydrocarbons.

Dynasylan® 1146 diaminofunctional silane may be used in coatings, adhesives, and sealants to improve the adhesion of amino­reactive resins. These are resins such as silicones (RTV), two­part urethanes, silylated urethanes, MS polymers, and two­part epoxies to inorganic surfaces, plastic surfaces, and inorganic fillers. Dynasylan® 1146 silane is characterized by randomly­distributed linear and cyclic oligosiloxanes and fullfills the OECD polymer definition. Its low volatility and viscosity make compounding easy. Dynasylan® 1146 silane produces significantly less by- product (VOC) and has a correspondingly low odor level during application.

Dynasylan® AMEO-T is a blend of primary and secondary aminofunctional silanes. The blend contains more than 90 wt% of 3­ aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Aminofunctional silanes posses a reactive amino group and a hydrolyzable ethoxysilyl group. The dual nature of this reactivity allows Dynasylan® AMEO­T to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals and fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers) thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, a surface modifier and a reactive reagent. Dynasylan® AMEO­T is a yellowish liquid with an amine­like odor. It is soluble in alcohols as well as aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.

BONDERITE® L-FM M 20A ACHESON is a unique, water based, molybdenum disulfide billet coating designed for use when cold extruding ferrous metals. It forms an excellent lubricating film over zinc and manganese phosphated substrates. BONDERITE L-FM M 20A ACHESON adheres extremely well in mechanical feed mechanisms and moves with the billet surface during deformation, enabling higher production rates and extreme area reductions. It also eliminates the expense and housekeeping problems associated with tumble-applied MoS2 powder.

Dynasylan® 2201 EQ is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic ureido group and a hydrolyzable inorganic triethoxysilyl group.

Dynasylan® SIVO 250 is a methacrylfunctional silane that can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier, co-monomer for polymer synthesis and crosslinker. Dynasylan® SIVO 250 is a clear, colorless liquid. It is soluble in alcohols, and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.
