MAINCOTE™ 4950 Resin is an aqueous acrylic emulsion polymer that facilitates the formulation of coatings to less than or equal to 50 g/L VOC for use in light to medium duty maintenance and protective coatings applications and general industrial metal finishing applications. It offers excellent exterior durability and corrosion resistance, and ease of formulation with excellent paint stability. MAINCOTE 4950 Resin offers improved corrosion resistance versus current direct-to-metal (DTM) finish coats formulated below 100 g/L. It also offers good architectural gloss and trim paint properties. Low coalescent demand allows compliance with stringent VOC regulations.

Bleumina® 214 is a series of Medium/High Color Furnace (MCF/HCF) blacks that provide excellent esthetics, along with high durability, in the final product. With very low particle size and a balance of structure, it exhibits good UV protection, high jetness, and gloss.

EBECRYL® 221 is a hexafunctional aromatic urethane acrylate oligomer which provides very fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL® 221 exhibit high hardness and solvent resistance.

EBECRYL® 3700 is the diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A epoxy resin, and exhibits low odor and exceptional cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 3700 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high surface hardness, high gloss, and excellent chemical resistance. EBECRYL® 3700 finds broad use in UV/EB applications, such as coatings, overprint varnishes, inks, adhesives, and electronics.

RHOPLEX® WL-81, waterborne, acrylic polymer is specifically designed for the formulation of clear and pigmented ambient or forced-air-dry industrial lacquers. Coating systems based on this polymer are suitable for use on a variety of substrates and offer a number of key benefits currently provided by solvent borne industrial lacquers, but without the flammability, odor, or other problems inherent with such systems.

AP 5980 is low viscosity modified cyclo-aliphatic amine adducts hardener for epoxy resin based coatings. It exhibits high chemical resistance.

D.E.H.® 805 is an amine curing agent dissolved in water and designed to emulsify epoxy resins. The product contains no VOC according to the European Directive 2004/42/EC and no alkyl phenol.

CYMEL® UI-20-E Resin is a partially iso-butylated urea crosslinker designed for use in acid curing wood coatings with high film build requirements. Being supplied in ethanol, films dry very quickly resulting in coatings with excellent early block resistance.

CYMEL® 328 resin is a methylated high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in water. Its high reactivity and low formaldehyde release during cure makes CYMEL® 328 resin suitable for a wide range of fast-curing waterborne industrial coating formulations, such as can and coil coatings, OEM and foil coating applications

REAFREE® 4781 is a TGIC cure resin, 93/7 type, for outdoor durable thermosetting powder coatings. TMA free.

RHOPLEX® WL-100 is an acrylic-styrene copolymer designed for high-gloss, high-DOI (Distinctness of Image) waterborne plastic coatings where an attractive appearance and excellent dry and wet adhesion are important considerations. The favorable colloidal stability (robustness) of RHOPLEX® WL-100 accommodates a broad range of formulation types and formulation process techniques, providing the formulator with a versatile binder for a variety of applications. Robustness, along with 50% weight solids, allows the formulator to achieve volume solids above conventional waterborne binders.

EBECRYL® 3720 is a bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that is the industry standard in performance and consistency. It exhibits light color and fast cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 3720 cured via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high surface hardness, gloss and excellent chemical resistance. EBECRYL® 3720 finds broad use in UV/EB applications, such as inks, coatings, and overprint varnishes and offers improved formulation stability.

EBECRYL® LEO 10601 is a modified epoxy acrylate that provides low extractables and low odor after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10601 exhibits good pigment wetting properties and produces UV offset inks exhibiting enhanced ink-water balance and low misting. EBECRYL® LEO 10601 can also be used to produce UV flexo inks with good flow, high gloss and high reactivity.
