ROVACE™ 10 Vinyl Acrylic Emulsion is a durable, general-purpose vinyl acrylic emulsion designed for use in architectural coatings. It can be formulated over a wide range of pigment volume concentrations to provide cost effective, low odor, and improved environmental paint systems. It requires little or no coalescing solvents to form a continuous film at low temperatures. ROVACE 10 is made with no APEO containing surfactants. In addition, ROVACE 10 offers excellent processing capabilities making it easy to pump and handle during the manufacturing process.

CYMEL® UM-15 resin is a highly methylated urea crosslinker supplied as a liquid at >96% solids. Its high solids combined with very fast cure makes CYMEL® UM-15 resin suitable in high solids, low temperature curing systems, like wood and paper coatings. CYMEL® UM-15 is hydrophilic in nature, completely water soluble, and has very good compatibility with water soluble anionic backbone polymers. ROVACE™ 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion is a new emulsion that offers the same performance as ROVACE 9100 Copolymer Emulsion, but is manufactured without the use of APEO surfactants. ROVACE 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion is a 55% solids vinyl/acrylic binder for interior flat and semigloss paints. This new generation of binder offers exceptional scrub resistance and stain removal and its consistent particle size minimizes variability in paint production. ROVACE 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion is compatible with today's prevalent use of rheologymodifiers that show very good application properties, flow and leveling characteristics. In our lab testing and evaluations we have not seen any differences in formulation parameters, application properties or dry film property differences between ROVACE 9100 and ROVACE 9100AF Copolymer Emulsion.

Due to its low viscosity and its good responsiveness to rheology modifiers, it can be easily applied by spray, roller or curtain coating operation. The product can be advantageously applied in one single coat and does not require sanding, although it can still benefit from polishing. The cured coating exhibits good chemical and scratch resistance required for high-end wooden furniture topcoats, though it is also suitable for other substrates and applications.

Its hydrophobic nature combined with high reactivity, high solids content, and rather low formaldehyde release during the curing process makes CYMEL® 202 Resin suitable for a wide range of medium to high solids or waterborne baking applications, like can and container coating formulations, automotive coatings, and low cure systems to improve film appearance and resistance properties. CYMEL® 202 resin has a high tendency to self-condense at rather low baking temperatures, providing films with very good hardness, gloss, chemical resistance, and outdoor durability.
