Plastistrength® PD-1158 is an innovative acrylic additive that provides outstanding melt strength for cellular PVC formulations. This property leads to excellent foam density, a homogeneous cellular structure, and a high quality surface finish. Plastistrength® PD-1158 process aid has been specifically designed for use in thick PVC foam sheet and is also very effective in other PVC applications.

Dynasylan® MTES, an alkyltrialkoxysilane is an important component in sol­gel systems. Dynasylan® MTES is a colorless, low­viscosity liquid. Use requires acid­ or alkali­catalysed hydrolysis. Dynasylan® MTES is regarded as trifunctional since all three alkoxy groups are able to participate in this reaction. Additionally Dynasylan® MTES contains a methyl group that adds organic character to the products. Hydrolysis leads to silanol groups which, in a subsequent condensation reaction, form very stable siloxane bonds (­Si­O­Si­). Condensation occurs parallel to hydrolysis once a certain amount of silanol groups have been formed. The absolute and relative rates of hydrolysis and condensation depends on a number of factors. The most important factors include pH, concentration, solvent, temperature and the catalyst.

CEAMTEX 1604 is an alginate based product, standardized to obtain an uniform performance. Alginate is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from brown seaweeds.

BONDERITE® S-AD 1261 ACHESON (U.S.Patent 4715972) is an extremely stable colloidal dispersion of uniform ultrafine molybdenum disulfide particles in highly refined petroleum oil. It is designed for use in formulating single and wide-range multi viscosity grade automotive and industrial gear oils. BONDERITE® S-AD 1261 ACHESON does not allow the emulsification of water into gear oils as do other MoS2 dispersions. The use of BONDERITE® S-AD 1261 ACHESON enables MoS2 gear oils to meet the stringent demulsification requirements of U.S. Steel specification 224 and AGMA gear oil specifications 250.03 and 250.04. BONDERITE S-AD 1261 ACHESON (known as SLA 1261) substantially reduces friction and improves the extreme pressure, load carrying, and anti wear capabilities of gear oils. It helps prevent metal-to-metal contact and surface scuffing and provides reliable lubrication in boundary conditions. Since BONDERITE® S-AD 1261 ACHESON functions independently of temperature, it performs well at high and low operating temperatures.

SUKOREZ® SU-210 is a light color thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing of C5/Cyclic and hydrogenation. The major usages are tackifier for hot meit adhesive(HMA), hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) because of its good heat resistance and good compatibility with base polymers such as ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styene block copolymer(SIS).

Licowax® PE 520 granules is a medium-molecular weight, non-polar copolymer wax.

PEBAX® 7033 SP 01 resin is a thermoplastic elastomer made of flexible polyether and rigid polyamide. PEBAX® 7033 SP 01 has been developed to be heat and UV resistant.

HIKOREZ® H-2300 is light color thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic olefins/diolefins and aromatic olefins derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are hot melt based pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). And this grade also can be used as tackifier for hot melt adhesive (HMA), because of its good compatibility with base polymer such as EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), SIS (Styrene Isoprene Styrene).

SIPERNAT® 340 is a medium sized silica with spherical particles and high oil absorption capacity (DBP). Is less dusty than small particle size flow agents, yet still gives good free flow improvement performance. SIPERNAT® represents a specific product range of precipitated silica, aluminium and calcium silicates.

SURFYNOL® SE-F is a self-emulsified surfactant that combines excellent wetting properties with good foam control and ease of incorporation in water borne coatings and inks.

TEGO® Foamex 800 is a very compatible defoamer emulsion based on polyether siloxane technology. Very easy to incorporate.

BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 is a high quality lubricant additive consisting of superfine graphite particles in mineral spirits. Lubricants diluted with BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 ACHESON (known as Dag 2404) are able to form a highly effective graphite film on metal surfaces at temperatures up to 482°C (900°F). It is particularly successful in conveyor chain operation because it penetrates and forms a solid lubricating film over the entire bearing surface as the carrier vaporizes.
