NuTone® 306 is a high structure general purpose powder pigment black suitable for water based printing inks and a broad field of liquid ink applications. It provides good color intensity with excellent dispersion in water-based flexographic inks. The product has a unique combination of surface area and structure especially suited for good covering power and good color strength with a blue undertone.

RHOPLEX® E-1691LF is a low-formaldehyde, aqueous acrylic emulsion designed specifically as an overprint or letdown vehicle for adhesion to vinyl films and vinyl- coated substrates. RHOPLEX® E-1691LF offers excellent stain and solvent resistance, adhesion to vinyl, excellent plasticizer migration resistance, and excellent thermal color stability.

Focus TDCP is used in flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. An additive flame retardant, it has excellent hydrolytic stability, low volatility, low fogging and processing characteristics. Focus TDCP can be incorporated into foam formulations with little to no effect on foam processing.

XIBOND® 315 is a reactive additive to improve the blend morphology of polymer blends. This additive is a random terpolymer of styrene, maleic anhydride and N-Phenylmaleimide.

EBECRYL® 3503 is the modified diacrylate ester of a bisphenol A based epoxy resin diluted ~20% by weight with the reactive diluent propoxylated glycerol triacrylate (OTA-480)(1). It is designed primarily for use in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations. EBECRYL® 3503 is light in color with high UV/EB reactivity, and exhibits good wetting of pigments, matting agents and substrates compared to unmodified epoxy acrylates. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 3503 will typically demonstrate high gloss and hardness, and good chemical resistance.

EMERAL EMR-D7678 is a silica coated aluminum paste with Methoxypropanol solvent.

RHOPLEX® SG-30 is a revolutionary emulsion designed to meet the needs of new regulations for 150 g/L VOC semigloss interior and exterior architectural paints. RHOPLEX® SG-30 provides paint manufacturers an opportunity to formulate at lower VOC while maintaining key properties of conventional (250 g/L VOC) semigloss architectural paints.The results of laboratory tests comparing the performance properties of RHOPLEX® SG-30 formulated to 150 g/L VOC to a conventional 250 g/L VOC semigloss emulsion are included in this bulletin.

Calcinate® C-300R is a 300 TBN first intent overbased calcium sulfonate. This overbased calcium sulfonate is a high quality acid scavenging additive used primarily in rust preventive formulations. Calcinate® C-300R is designed to be a component in metal working formulations providing the beneficial effects of alkalinity for neutralizing acid and superior demulsibility for rust inhibition. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® C-300R is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

CYMEL® NF 2000A Resin is a unique trifunctional melamine-based crosslinker containing reactive carbamate functionality supplied in n-butanol. It can be used to crosslink hydroxy- and epoxy-containing polymers to give highly durable, acid-resistant films that exhibit a favorable balance of hardness and flexibility. An important feature of CYMEL® NF 2000A Resin is that it does not contain or emit formaldehyde on cure. It can be employed as the sole crosslinker in a coating or ink formulation, or it may be used at lower levels in combination with other crosslinkers, such as amino resins or isocyanates, in order to obtain a balance of properties. AEROSIL® R 974 V is a single-ingredient organosilicon compound, specifically silica dimethyl silylate. It is compatible with silicone elastomers and is odor-free. This product is primarily used in varnishes and toners, enhancing the flow properties and performance of these formulations.

Non-flammable, Non-combustible and Low volatile. Classified as Non-corrosive, Non-sensitizing and Non-toxic. Miscible in conventional organic solvents and water. Butyl Levulinate is a GRAS.

D.E.H.® 546 curing agent is a low viscosity modified cycloaliphatic amine intended for ambient temperature curing of liquid epoxy resins.
